 today is my off day and i need to talk to Zai about this management position at work and see what she thinks. she has class and work today so it looks like i will be spending my day off alone oh well i guess i could go to the spa or just chill in my house its starting to get really cold outside i am not a cold type of person i hate the cold a lot i walk in Zai's Room and she is doing her makeup guess she is getting ready to leave me for work :(

 Me- Zai i have a question  

Zai- shoot (finshing her make-up)

Me- ok so they are now offering management training at my job and my general manager thinks i would be good at it. however i already told him i didnt want the position what do you think i should do? 

Zai- you should take it Yaya i mean thats a great thing that he offered it and he wants you to take it.. i mean you do really good with taking the lead with things remember the black tie fashion show in Florida? i think you should take the position and if you are worried someone else will get it over you stop Dalvin is not going to give it to anyone else unless you REALLY dont want it.. and from the look in your eyes and the fact that you are asking me my opinion i think you want it 

Me- i kinda do but shyt them bitches in there with their attitudes i am not the one for it and you know this how would i deal with that? 

Zai- fire them hoes. the fuck (laughs) ....fuck that you will then be a manager im pretty sure Dalvin is gonna let you do that.... that man cant say no to your ass  

Me- (laughs) that is not true. plus i will only be an assistant manager not the general manager i wont have that much pull 

Zai- with Dalvin as your general manger you will have all the pull you need (still laughing) 

Me- im glad you find that funny. cant i lose my job behind that? 

Zai- only if someone really is clocking yall and is out to get you and runs to corporate like a lil bitch... then i will have to step in and beat some ass cause i dont work there nor do i play when it comes to my lil sister (smiles) 

Me- aww arent you sweet what time will you be home tonight? im off and gonna be bored ugh i hate life (laughs) 

zai- im not coming home Aug is taking me out after work and he wants me to spend the night with him.. why don't you be nice and chill with Avery (laughs) im getting sick of him asking a million and one questions about you and why you wont talk to him 

Me- ehhh nah i have no reason to talk to him. he know damn well why i am not talking to him.. if not he better ask his bitch.. i dont have time for the childish ass games. 

Zai- wait you never told me what happened  

Me- well he is so called "back with his ex" and the bitch had the nerve to txt me from his phone telling me not to txt or call him no more.... like boo aint nobody sweating stink ass Avery i got bigger fish to fry plus he should have kept it real with me.. then he wanna be calling me days after talking about ..lets chill (mean mugs the air) nigga chill ya nuts on a bag of ice im not in the mood (laughs) so im just done and then i started working so it really took my mind off of bitch ass Avery
