I was in the kitchen with Jade, when at the corner of my eye, I saw Mitch go towards the door. "And where are you going?" I said to Mitch as Jade turned around. "I'm going to see Kirstie OK!" said Mitch aggressively. "Woah, ok! See you later Mitch." I said confusingly because Mitch was acting weird. Mitch slammed the door as Jade and I looked at each other. "Is he always like this?" Said Jade in a puzzled voice. "No, I don't know why he's acting like this. But at least we can have alone time" I said to Jade while smirking. She slapped my arm lightly, even though I still said ow. "Hey! Babe what was that for?" I asked shockingly. "Scott, he's obviously upset with us. And I think it's because of me. Sorry for hitting you babe." She said in a sadder tone. I lead her to the sofa, so we could talk. "It's ok, but why do you think it's you?" I said to her as I put my arm around her. "I don't know, wait, didn't you say he was gay?" She said as my eyes widened realizing what Jade meant. "Yes, wait no, Mitch is my best friend and he would never want to... DATE ME!" I said looking at Jade.
Jade POV:
"Wow babe, that's deep. What are you gonna do?" I said resting my head on his shoulder. "I don't know, but right now, I need to drop you off." He said to me. "Can you get ready at mine babe? I don't wanna be alone." I said placing my hand on his arm. "Yeah, of course babe, also, can I stay the night because it'll be too weird between Mitch and I" he said kissing my cheek. "Yes! I'd love that baby!" I said as he got up to get my stuff.
Kirstie POV:
I opened the door to see Mitch standing there in distraught, I hugged him and lead him inside. "OMG Mitch are you ok?" I said as I told Jeremy to got up stairs. "Well, you know that I have feelings for Scott... I'm not really meant to tell you, but long story short, Scott has a new girlfriend, and I walked in on them kissing, which made my heart break." Said Mitch as he started crying. I went in to hug him, and took his phone. "Why did you take my phone?" He said as he looked me in the eyes. "You'll see honey." I said to cheer him up. I went onto the app store and downloaded 'Grindr' which was kinda weird to be honest. "Why are you downloading Grindr?" Said Mitch was a confused expression on his face. "You are going to get a boyfriend, because you need to get over Scott having a girlfriend!" I said as I opened the app. Just then, Mitch got a message from Scott, which I read out to him:
Scott: Hey Mitch, sorry if we upset you, I'm staying with Jade tonight so you can get some space from us. See you later
Mitch POV:
In a way I was happy that I don't get to see Scott, but I still have to see him tonight though. "So, is Jade the problem?" says Kirstie who was now holding my hand. "No, Jade is really sweet and polite. And to be honest, Scott deserves a girl like her." I say to Kirstie, "Anyways, I'm gonna go now, Scott and Jade are probably gone." I say as I get up. "Ok, I'll see you later honey." says Kirstie walking me to the door and hugging me. "Bye Jeremy!" I shout as he walks down the stairs to say bye.
Scott POV:
I just texted Mitch that I was staying over with Jade. We got in my car, and drove to Jade's little apartment, which was really cute. Luckily, she lived on her own, so we got a lot of alone time. She lead me to her bedroom, which was really cool:
