Chapter 16: Hanging Out

Jade POV:

I woke up next to Scott, and I looked over at the time which read 8:34 am, and we had a meeting at 10:00 am so I woke him up. I stroked his hair and he pulled me closer to him, hugging me. "Morning gorgeous." I whispered as I faced him. "Hey babe," he said as I smiled and kissed his cheek. Scott opened his tired eyes and rubbed them as he sat up. "What time is the meeting?" he asked as he took my hand. "10 ish, that's what Mitch texted me." I said as I sat up as well. "Oh, I need to ask them something, about the person who texted me." he said as I nodded and got out of bed with him.

We brushed our teeth and got ready together. "Hey, can you text Mitch or Kirst and tell them we're coming over in about 30 minutes?" he said as he did his hair. "Yeah where's your phone?" I asked as he pointed to the table. "Ok thanks sweet." I said as I unlocked his phone. I texted Mitch "Can we come over in about 30 mins?" I waited and he texted "Yeah, see you soon." I didn't reply, as 'T' sent a message and I immediately read it, and showed Scott too. "Hey babe, look at this." I said as I walked to where he was.

Scott POV:

The text said "I'm coming for you Scotty..." I wasn't scared but this was getting weirder. I didn't think Tori still cared about me after what happened between us. "What does that even mean?" said Jade as I looked at her. "Well, they don't know where we live because we moved ever since, and we always lock the doors so they won't be able to get me." I said as Jade went to kitchen. "Do you know who is it babe?" she said as she got Wyatt's food out. "Yes and no. I wanna be sure first, so that's why we're gonna see Mitch and Kirst because they would know." I said as she nodded. "Anyway, you ready to go Jade?" I said as I put my shoes on. "Yeah, coming sweet." she said as she stroked Wyatt and came to me. We got into the car and drove to Kirstie's place. When we arrived, we got out and I knocked on the door. Kirstie opened it and Jade and I hugged her. Mitch was watching TV, but he got up and hugged us too. "So, what's up Scott?" said Mitch.

Mitch POV:

Scott explained to us about the person who was texting him, and straight away Kirstie and I knew it was Tori. "I thought it was Tori because she always called me Mi Amore as she is half Italian." said Scott as Jade looked at us confusingly. "Wait, who's Tori?" she said as Scott turned to her. "So, Tori has known us three since high school. I dated her for a bit, but then Pentatonix blew up, so we called our relationship off. But she got really famous and we got back together in 2014 till like April, so about 2 years. But I didn't love her as much as I did in high school, so I dumped her. And by Tori, we mean Tori Kelly." he said as Jade nodded. "So, are you sure it is her?" she said as Kirstie sighed.

"Well, she always called Scott Mi Amore, and Scotty too. Plus she put 'T' at the end of the message, so it could only be her." she said as I nodded at her in agreement. "So, what now? We know it's her, but we don't know what she is planning to do." I said as I looked at Scott. "We just have to be very cautious. She went a bit off the rails when I broke up with her. She said she would ruin my life..." said Scott as his phone went off. He checked his phone, and we all leaned closer to him. "So, is it her?" said Jade as we patiently waited. "No, it's just Esther saying she is on her way to the studio, and to be there in 15 minutes." said Scott as we sighed. "We should get going then." said Kirstie as I kissed her cheek.

Jade POV:

We all got up and went to Scott's car because it was easier to take one. When we arrived, Esther had just arrived and Avi and Kevin were stuck in traffic. We decided not to tell the others about the Tori situation, because we thought nothing of it. As we waited for Avi and Kevin, Kirstie and I were working out who sung what parts. While we were doing that, Scott and Mitch went to get us coffee and doughnuts! Avi and Kevin arrived as Scott and Mitch were still out, so we just discussed the order of the song. After 10 minutes, we were all here and we all liked the order that we had chosen. All we were doing was working out how to pull the song together.
