Beca's POV:
It was summer, Beca and Chloe were in Colorado, enjoying a summer together, before, you know, they have to part ways.
The two rented a little house for about 2 weeks, very secluded, very private.
The weight have long distance has been on beca's mind since she walked across the stage at graduation, she's been so clingy to Chloe, Beca spent every moment touching Chloe.
"Babe. Let's go to garden of the gods, I hear it's gorgeous" Beca shouted at Chloe who was in the shower. "Whatever you wanna do baby, I'm down" Chloe shouted.
Beca began getting dressed in some athletic wear, which was rare, who would've thought Beca would own athletic wear!
Beca, fiddling on her phone, started looking at engagement rings, if the two were gonna be in a long distance relationship she wanted something that would tie her to Chloe more than just the title of girlfriends.
Chloe come up behind Beca, startling the little brunette, who hid her phone so Chloe wasn't able to see what she was looking at.
"What were ya doing" Chloe asked.
"Nothing, just looking up some stuff!" Beca got up and kissed Chloe!
The two walked out the door, got in the rental car, and began to drive to garden of the gods. It was so beautiful, so beautiful that Beca almost wished that she had a ring to propose to Chloe with. I mean, she could do it without one and just get her one after? Beca's thoughts getting away from her she missed the turn.
Eventually the two got out and started walking around, asking strangers to take cute pictures of them, taking pictures of each other! Beca was having the time of her life, watching her beautiful girlfriend in awe with the sights. This is what she wanted for the rest of her life. She wanted the warmth of Chloe, she wanted the safeness Chloe made her feel. She needed this. Beca never was one who needed comfort, she's always been fine by herself, but since she's been with Chloe, she's needed it. She was so in love.
The two found a cute little coffee shop and sat down for lunch.
The two began to eat lunch when a couple came over to the two and began being really rude and homophobic.
"You know, there are children here, being gay is such a horrible thing, you guys should leave. You're making us uncomfortable" the older gentleman said.
"We're making you uncomfortable? Ha. Okay. Well, my girlfriend I aren't leaving, we are going to finish our lunch, and seeing as you are the only person who seems to be bothered by us, doesn't phase me, it's 2017 grow up" Beca said as she continued to eat her lunch and be with her girlfriend. The two finished and Beca got up and kissed her girlfriend in front of the gentlemen who complained.

           ---------------------------------------

A couple hours have passed, Beca and Chloe now back at the house, plopped on the couch, watching tv, Beca had a thought. Seeing as that man made her so mad, she wanted to leave and go get a ring, she was gonna propose tonight at dinner, in front of a big crowd, and it was gonna be great!
"Hey babe, I'll be back, okay? I'm gonna go shopping, I'll be back in about an hour" Beca said getting up putting her shoes on kissing Chloe.
"Okay babe. Have fun" Chloe said as she went back to watching tv.
Beca went to a jewelry shop, looking through all the rings, none sparking her interest, Chloe deserved the most beautiful ring, and Beca wasn't seeing it. "Can I help you, anything you have in mind" the saleswoman asked Beca. "I'm going to propose to my girlfriend tonight, and she's so amazing, and deserves the most beautiful ring, and nothing is speaking to me" Beca said sounding stressed.
"Okay. This may be weird, but may I see a picture of her?" The saleswoman said timidly.
Beca, pulling her phone out, looking for the perfect picture of Chloe, which wasn't hard because every picture was perfect, eventually landing on a picture Beca showed the saleswoman. "Wow. She's gorgeous, those eyes, but I think I have the ring for you" the saleswoman walked in the back, bringing back a gorgeous silver ring with a big diamond in the middle surrounded by little diamonds, "wow. This is perfect, how'd you do that" Beca said in shock. "It's my gift" the saleswoman smirked! "Thats gonna be $5,550" Beca didn't care about the cost, she knew she needed to get this ring, she handed the saleswoman her card and bought the ring.
Beca finally returned home, she made a little pit stop and bought Chloe a beautiful little black dress, some nice red heels, and some jewelry, she wanted her to feel as beautiful as possible.
"Hey babe. Got you a gift, go in the room and start getting ready" Beca said as she was handing Chloe the bag.
"Babe. What did you get me" Chloe asked surprised.
"Just go in the room and get ready" Beca smirked.
Beca got out her phone and texted all the Bella's letting them know that she was going to ask Chloe to marry her.
