Chapter 12: Seattle

Chloe's POV:
Well. I've been apart from Beca for about a month and a half. It's hard but we are making it work. We FaceTime every night, text all the time, and it's great.
I moved in with Aubrey, it's been great, she's been great, we have the cutest apartment!
My room is gigantic, Aubrey didn't want the master bedroom, it was to much space for her, so, she gave it to me, which I'm totally okay with.
I have so many picture of Beca and I hung up everywhere, I think Aubrey is annoyed. Beca is all I talk about, oh and work. I love my job, teaching autistic children music, it's the best, I love all my students!
"Hey, Aubrey, can we go to the mall" Chloe shouted to Aubrey who was in her room.
"Yeah, I was just about to ask, I want to grab some more stuff to decorate the house with" Aubrey said already dressed.
"Okay. Well, met me get dressed" Chloe said rushing to her room, wearing short shorts with an oversized shirt tucked into the front, and some white converse. Going to her mirror, taking a picture so she could show Beca.
After fifteen minutes, the two were out the door.
At the mall, the first stop was of course Victoria's Secret, Chloe had an obsession, it was bad.
She spent about $120 dollars, on bras, underwear, sports bras, leggings and a couple shirts, and one hoodie! She had to be dragged out of there by Aubrey or she would've been there all day.
Next stop was IKEA, Chloe wanted some cool things for her room, very abstract, and Aubrey wanted some shelves for the living room and some things for her wall. The two spent about an hour in there, they went to the car and loaded that stuff up as they didn't wanna carry it around all day.
Chloe went into the vans store to buy Beca some stuff, knowing Beca liked the vibe that vans had to offer, very skater.
Chloe bought Beca two pairs of vans, and a nice flannel!
Next was Nike, Chloe needed some new spandex! She bought three pairs!
Now. Everyone knew Chloe has a shopping problem, but today she was actually being reasonable with her spending, Aubrey was proud.
The final stop of the day was Nine West, Chloe's favorite shoe store, it's where she bought all her heels from.
Chloe bought one pair of heels, it was a sexy pair of thigh high heels.
After about three hours at the mall, the two were exhausted.
They packed the car, and decided to go to dinner.
Chloe was driving when her phone rang. It was Beca.
"Hey, can you put her on the car speaker" Chloe asked Aubrey.
Aubrey transferred the call to the car speaker
"Hey baby" Chloe said cheerfully "you're on speaker and Aubrey is in the car, so watch what you say" Chloe smirked.
"Ah. I see. Well, hello Aubrey and hello gorgeous, what did you do today?" Beca asked.
"Hey" Aubrey said faintly
"We went to the mall, and I got you some gifts for when you come visit in 2 weeks, I'm so ready to see you, I miss you so much" Chloe whined
"I miss you too baby, so much. But hey, Aubrey, how much did she spend" Beca asked while smirking.
"She didn't spend as much as I thought she was, very responsible" Aubrey said as she hit Chloe on the shoulder.
"Good. I'm proud of you babe. You girls have fun tonight and call me or whatever when you get back home. I love you" Beca said
"I love you too baby"
It seemed Chloe was settling very well in Seattle, the only thing missing was her very amazing fiancé. It was hard, but they were making it work and that's all Chloe could ask for, she had her best friend by her side when things got rough, and beca's coming to visit in a couple of weeks, she couldn't be happier. Life was falling into place for the beautiful redhead and she couldn't be happier about it.
