Chapter 5

"Let's see what jutsus you can conjure up. You first Kuro," He spoke behind a fabric that covered his nose and mouth. I put my hands together for my animal transformation jutsu. "TRANSFORMATION ANIMAGI JUTSU!" I yelled and I turned into a black kitten. Kitani picked me up from the ground and I started to purr uncontrollably. "You're so cute Kuro!" He laughed, I mewed in response and nudged my head against his toned chest. "Now, Hachiro." Hachiro put his hands in a angel art jutsu. "ANGEL RESTORE JUTSU!!!" He yelled, his hair turned black and his eyes turned grey, as two wings popped out of his back. Kitani was too busy playing with me to hear his name be called. "KITANI! LISTEN UP! ITS YOUR TURN!!!" Kakashi yelled. I mewed and hid behind Kitani's leg in fright. "It's okay little kitten," Kitani laughed petting my head. I licked his finger and mewed again. He chuckled and smiled down at me. "All right coach, let me show ya what I got," Kitani made different hand signs quickly and put them together when he finished. "DEMON FRIGHT JUTSU!!!" He yelled, his eyes turned black. "Kuro darling? Would you allow me to use this on you?" He asked. I turned back into my human self and nodded. "Sorry, it only works on our kind," He pressed his hand against my pentagram which was a bit above my heart. My body started turning into a shadow and soon I disappeared, I snuck up behind Hachiro and jumped on him scaring him to death. "AHHHH KURO!!!! WHY'D YOU DO THAT!!!" He yelled once I reappeared. "N-No reason," I stammered quietly giggling a bit. "You've got a cute laugh," Kitani chuckled. I blushed as he pulled me into his chest from behind, he wraps his arms around my waist and places his head atop mine.  "You're cute when you blush." He laughed. To be honest I liked Kitani, he was a good person to be with, he was somewhat like me. Everyone across from us nodded and smiled. "Well, now that we know what your capable of, let's test you with fighting. Naruto you take on Kuro. Sasuke with Kitani. And Sakura with Hachiro." They all nod and stand across from us. Naruto was looking at me with a smile, I returned with a small shy smile as my ears twitched. "SHADOW CLONE JUTSU!!!" He yelled putting his hands in a formation that I memorized quickly. I learn new jutsus quickly and I can control my chakra perfectly, but I wasn't going to copy him. I put my hands in a sign formation. "STRIKING SHADOW SNAKE!" Snakes from all ends came and attacked Naruto, but I didn't kill him. From my side Kitani used Earth Style Dragon Bomb and Hachiro used just Dragon Fire Bomb. I started coughing, I said that I could control my chakra but I lose it very quickly, I was about to fall back until Kitani caught me from underneath. I continued coughing and whimpered as if I was in pain. "You're going to be okay, you just lost a lot of chakra," I didn't reply, I just continued coughing and whimpering. "This always happens with your kind brother," Hachiro said helping me sit down against a tree. 'T-Thanks..." I coughed, Kitani kept me in a warm embrace, his hand on my pentagram. He allowed me to lay my head and bury my nose in the crook of his neck. "You're going to be okay, don't you worry." My breathing started to get heavy. "Let's leave her to rest, she's used too much chakra from that shadow snake performance, Kitani if you wish you may stay with her, but Hachiro you have to train with us." Kakashi Sensei sighed. Hachiro nodded and left my side joining the group in front of us.
Once they left Kitani pushed me a bit forward and sat down behind me. He pulled me back into his chest and wrapped his arms around my shoulders. His legs cradled mine and when I looked up at him, he always looked down, his red eyes gleaming, and his mouth turning into a grin. I can just say now, that I love Kitani Shoridana, more than anything.
