Chapter 8

I wrote my name at the top of the paper and wrote the date as well... Then I started the exam. The questions, they were confusing... they racked my brain. I looked up at Naruto, he looked as if he was panicking. Sasuke, was sweating in fright. Sakura was taking it easy, step by step. Kitani and Hachiro, well, let's just say they both tore their papers a "bit". Gaara was using his third eye to.. cheat. "Well done Gaara..." I whispered to myself. "Surprised you're not following the rules Kuro..." He mumbled loud enough for me to hear. "The rules are not to cheat, and not to talk," I sighed ending the conversation there. "And the rules on the scroll said not to use the Jutsu," My breath hitched in a gasp, as if someone stabbed me. "H-How did you know?" My eyes widened, he never saw the scroll... well maybe he did.... but I hid it away, only I knew where it was hidden. "So you admit that it said that," I let out a sigh of relief, so he hadn't read the scroll. "Yeah, don't scare me like that," I growled low. "OKAY. STOP THE EXAMS" Time had passed. People had been sent out, at least half of the number that we had before had left. "YOURE ALL GOING TO THE 2ND EXAMS. NOW FOLLOW ANKO TO THE FOREST OF DEATH, WHERE THE SECOND EXAM SHALL BE HELD!" Kitani took my hand and we went out and headed to the Forest of Death.
Me, Kitani, Hachiro, Sasuke, Sakura, Naruto and all the people that remained headed to the forest. "ALRIGHT. NOW THERE ARE TWO SCROLLS YOU NEED TO CARRY ALL THE WAY TO THE TOWER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AREA. BUT THE PROBLEM IS, YOU WILL ONLY HAVE ONE, AND THE ENEMY MIGHT HAVE THE OTHER SCROLL IN HAND." Anko announced. "YOU WILL START GETTING YOUR SCROLLS NOW!" We looked over to where all the scrolls were held and there was a curtain drawn over them. "LEAF VILLAGE, TEAM 7 COME GET YOUR SCROLL." We all went to the little shack and retrieved our heaven scroll. "AT EXACTLY NOON, WE WILL BEGIN THE EXAM." Anko yelled once we all were in our positions.
We waited impatiently for the sun to reach the top of the sky. Another hour, at most. "So, what do you think this exam is for?" Sakura asked. "Survival instincts. If we're being sent into a forest for five days and searching for another scroll without one of us dying, then what do you think?" I retorted. "Of course, it's a test..." Kitani growled low. "But, the thing is, that Kitani, Hachiro and I won't even have a scratch on ourselves by the time we get there," I chortled. Sasuke grinned and an idea popped into his head. "While we're waiting, why don't you tell me about... Itachi." His grin became evil and I suddenly became weak at the thought. "Might as well. You're always going on about him. Well.
To begin the true story I must talk about my first Sensei. He was an Uchiha like yourself Sasuke, and he was the greatest Sensei to ever begin with. Believe me... It was the year after my parents were killed, nobody wished to take care of me, so Shisui decided that it would be fun to teach and take care of a child like me. So he took me in, and one night he left me home, without making any food. The day after I read the post and ran to the Uchiha Village in search of him, because on that day I got the news that the village was burned and no survivors were found. I didn't want to believe it, but I had to. The time when I was grieving over the lifeless body of my Sensei, I heard Itachi behind me asking me why I was here. I told him that I was there because my Sensei was killed... he said that he would take care of me and teach me Jutsus that I've never learned before.... every morning he would leave to get food, but I couldn't eat so I threw the food out. One day I became sick, but I was only getting my pentagram and I didn't want him to find out so I said that I was sick. Moon Water was my only choice of survival, and he brought me that Moon Water every morning and night. Then after a year he disappeared, I waited for him but he didn't return so I went out to search for him, to see where he went. That's how I ended up here. I found these two and hurt my arm when trying to run to them. So they took care of me because I was like them, well more like Kitani, so they didn't really mind having another demon around." I explained thoroughly. "Wait, pentagram?" Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto asked in unison. "We've all got one, Kitani, Hachiro and I have pentagrams." We laughed. "We can show you if you want!" I offered in a small giggle. The three nodded and Kitani, Hachiro and I lifted our shirts up. Kitani's pentagram was on his collar bone, Hachiro was on his sternum and mine was slightly below my collar bone. "Woah, cool!" Naruto stared in awe. "IT'S FIVE MINUTES TO TWELVE. EVERYONE GET UP AND GET READY." I ripped my pants to make shorts and put an extra tank top on, showing my pentagram a bit. "READY. SET.... START!" The doors opened and we ran inside, not looking back to the outside world.
