Whis x reader Superman on Valentines day

You were watching the stars smiling. It was February 13th and you were wishing for tomorrow. You wanted to spend the day with a knight in shining armor. Hey it doesn't hurt to wish right? So you fell asleep with a smile. This year could be different. You see you worked in the library and you were a romantic at heart. You read those stories about hero's saving damsels in distress. You knew in your heart that some-how tomorrow would be different. You had no idea just how right you were.

Tomorrow: Valentines Day

You were currently on your way to see Chi Chi. She was going to show you her master recipe for homemade chocolates. You were so excited you skipped all the way towards your car. You started your blue shiny car. You drove towards Chi Chi's then the UN-thinkable happened. You were going across a bridge. The traffic was horrible so you jammed out to loud music singing along while you waited for traffic to speed back up. You didn't know it but Trunks and Goten were out flying around playing tag. Goten accidentally sent a kai blast towards the bridge and knocked out a cable. You grew annoyed at traffic and got out of your car. Then you noticed the bridge was falling, it caused you to fall over the bridge.

 You screamed. You were expecting an impact but you never hit the ground. You slowly opened your eyes. A tall stranger was holding you bridal style. He was blue-skinned and had a blue ring around his neck. He had on a maroon dress? Someone really liked valentines day you thought blinking. "Miss, are you alright?" He asked curiously. You could see concern on his face. "Yes." You managed to spit out still surprised at the whole situation. You were slightly blushing. Whis laughed. "Are you sure your alright? I can check you over if you need me to." Whis said smiling. "Ahhh! Pervert!" You yelped covering your face with your hands.

 "Huh?" Whis looked confused. He thought for a moment than he blushed. "Oh no miss I assure you my suggestion was out of worry, not anything demeaning. I am no pervert." You gulped. "Oh, well in that case I'm sorry." You said peeking through your fingers. "It's alright." Whis replied with a close eyed smile. Whis laughed some more. He was pretty interesting. "Hey WHIS! ARE YOU DONE FLIRTING YET?" An annoyed purple cat asked while he held the bridge up. Whis laughed. "Not Yet." Whis blushed and glanced at you. "I do have a question for you." Whis asked feeling nervous for once in a very long time. "You do?" You asked feeling your heart jump. "Will you be my valentine?" Whis asked you with a hopeful glint in his eyes. You smiled and nodded. He seemed relived. "Great! Lets go on a date than." 

He held you close and you both took off towards town to a buffet place. You blinked. "What about that cat guy?" Whis laughed. "Oh, you mean Lord Beerus? He'll be fine. This is apart of his training. He has gotten a little rusty." Whis said casually. You nodded in understanding. "I heard that Whis." Beerus said appearing behind Whis with your car on his hand. You felt yourself go pale. "Get in the car." Beerus said annoyed. Whis raised an eyebrow. "I'll show you i'm not rusty." Beerus said in a dangerous voice. Whis sighed than flew to the drivers side and placed you in the seat before he went to the passengers side and sat down. "This is kinda nice." Whis admitted smiling. You looked outside your window and gulped. "Oh wow, this is so high up." You commented.

You gulped and than you felt Whis grab your right hand. "Don't worry, I won't let you fall." He promised. You smiled. You felt you could trust him. Holding his hand sent waves of electricity up your arm and Whis seemed to feel it to. He looked at your hands. He lifted your hand and kissed it gently. You blushed and felt your heart start beating erratically. Whis smiled. "I think i'll enjoy having you around." Whis said smiling. He secretly enjoyed seeing your expressions change so drastically. It was cute in a way. He lowered your hand but didn't let go. Soon you all arrived back in West City and you had decided to eat at a local buffet. When you turned towards Whis you noticed Beerus was missing. 

"Where did Lord Beerus go?" You asked confused. Whis smiled. "He had some errands to take care of." You nodded. "Oh, okay." You went in and Whis smiled at Beerus who was leaving towards Bulma's house. He was going to rest and eat snacks.  He wasn't complaining about Whis asking him to leave you both alone for the evening. Beerus smirked. It would be kinda nice to see Whis happy for a little bit. Beerus yawned on Bulmas couch. "So comfy." Beerus said before he started snoring. 

Whis and you entered the buffet extremely hungry. You were both immediately seated. "So tell me about yourself." Whis said eagerly waiting for your reply. He listened to you talk about all of your favorite hobbies, current life, and the books you were into at the library. Whis smiled when you talked about fairy tales. He thought you were adorable when you talked about it with such an excited expression. All evening You and Whis talked back and forth about your life styles. Whis made you laugh when he talked about his horrible singing he did when he needed to wake up Beerus.

At last the evening came to an end. You were extremely sad because you didn't want Whis to leave yet. You glanced at him as you both walked around outside. "Do you have to leave?" You asked trying not to seem to down. "I'm afraid so, Beerus has a lot of planets to attend to." Whis replied. You nodded in understanding. Whis stopped so did you. "I enjoyed talking with you and getting to know you better." You told Whis. He was being eerily quiet. "Whis?" He sighed. "Is something wrong?" You asked trying to get him to talk to you. Whis looked at you and you could see the battle in his eyes. 

"I told you what I am..right? Because of what I am, I'm not aloud to date or have any relations with anyone. Unless that someone is hand picked by Zeno when the time comes." Whis said sadly. You felt your heart shatter into a billion tiny pieces. "Why?" You asked tears threatening to fall. "Why would you wait until now to say anything?" Whis looked pained. "I wasn't expecting this to happen. I didn't think that id want to spend more time with you." Whis looked incredibly sad. "I'm sorry, but I cannot see you anymore. I have to leave." He took off and you grabbed your chest. It hurt like you had been stabbed. After spending all day with him, you had developed a crush. Now he was gone and you were heartbroken. Why? Was all you could think.

Three hours later:

You laid in bed crying your heart out to no one. You still couldn't understand why this had to happen. You couldn't believe that in such a short time you were already falling for someone. Your eyes were red and you had used up a whole tissue box. "Your-name." Whis said at the foot of your bed. You shrieked and backed up. "What..what do you want?" Whis looked incredibly guilty. He walked around and placed his hand on your face. "I'm so sorry for putting you through this." He said, hurt evident in his voice. "I went and spoke with Zeno." You blinked and you felt knives attack your stomach. "What happened? Your not in trouble are you?" Whis looked shocked. "I can't believe your worried about me, even after I did that to you." Whis shook his head. 

"What happened?" You asked him. "Zeno, checked on you. He watched your whole life and after an hour of thinking it over. He said you were alright for me to be with. I of course think your more than alright." Whis said smiling. You started crying and Whis held you. "I'm sorry, I promise I won't ever hurt you again." Whis admitted. You held on to Whis and felt secure in his arms. "I know." You replied. You were starting to feel happy. "I'm so glad." You said tears still falling. Whis pulled back and placed his hands on your cheeks, he leaned forward and rubbed his nose against yours giving you an Eskimo kiss. You blushed. "I'm not leaving unless you want me to." Whis promised. "I don't want you to." You replied kissing his cheek. He blushed and you giggled. Whis laid next to you and you both cuddled. 

"Happy Valentines day, Yourname." Whis said sleepily. "Happy valentines day, Whis." You replied falling asleep in his arms.

You both started dating soon after that night. Within a year you both got married and you lived a happy long life with Whis. He was always by your side and you by his. Your favorite holiday to celebrate with him, was Valentines day.

AN: so I still have more to update..I wrote alot..sorry if this seems different I was up late writing this. I will be adding more oneshots throughout the day and if you have any requests with extra details just let me know. Like for example do you want a oneshot with Whis and you having a cake fight.
