Once again, no email to Emo Coffee Eyes. They haven't emailed anything, and neither have I. I guess it's officially the end of our friendship. What a shame, I was so so excited about it.

But that didn't matter now, I had much bigger problems to deal with. You know, stress of school, balancing my non existent social life... OR MAYBE THE FACT THAT I INVITED THE INFAMOUS DAN HOWELL INTO MY HOUSE AND HE'S STANDING IN MY LIVING ROOM AND NEITHER OF US HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY.

To make matters worse, he also just went on a monologue about how crappy his life was.

To add on to that, Dan also now knows I kinda like him.

To add on to that, less than a week ago he was beating me up in the halls.

To add on to that, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

"So... it's really raining out there, huh?" I attempt at an awkward conversation.

"Phil, your dripping wet from that rain. We were just out in it. You and I both know it's 'really raining out there' " Dan comments back with an unreadable expression.

"Right. Do you want some tea?" I ask, again trying to avoid  things being awkward.

"Yes. Please. That actually sounds really nice. You should change into dry clothes first... and would you mind if I borrowed some dry clothes?" Dan looks at the floor, looking shy and vulnerable. It's a weird look on him, but it only makes me like him more... darn it, Phil! Nows not the time!

But he's right, we'll both get sick if we stay in wet clothes, and there's no way he can walk home until the storm dies down.

"Ugh, yeah. I'll go get changed and leave out some clothes for you, and then I'll make us some tea." I say kinda dazed by Dan's oddly gentle act. I still don't know how to handle the information about his life that he gave me, but in just glad he didn't say anything about what Pj told him.

Dan nods room show that my plan is a good one so I quickly head up the stairs to my room. I rummage through my closet and drawers to find something for me to wear, and something for Dan too.

Luckily were both fricken' giants so he'll fit into my clothes. If he was stuck at anyone else house, he'd probably be out of luck.

I pull a dry shirt over my wet hair, and only a few drops of water drip onto it. And I pull on dry jeans. On my bed I leave a jumper and some more black jeans for Dan to wear.

"Okay dan, my room is up the stairs, first door on the left. I put some clothes for you on my bed. I'll get tea started, just holler if you need anything." I tell him as I find my way back to the living room where I left him.

Dan nods and heads up stairs following my directions and I head to the kitchen. By the time dan is back, dressed in my clothes tea is done. He walks past me and sits at a seat by the table, so I put his years in front of him, taking a seat across ed the table.

"So..." Dan says quietly, obviously looking for conversation.

We sit in an awkward silence for a little bit. I pull at my mind for something, anything to say. I just want the quiet to be over.

"I really am sorry, by the way. For everything. Though, it's okay if you don't believe me" Dan said shyly, scratching the back if his head.

" I do believe you" I respond, looking into my cup of tea. I couldn't help what I was saying, I just didn't want to see Dan sad. Even though he always made me sad. And ruined my life. But he looks really cute in my clothes.

This was easier when I was hooked on Emo Coffee Eyes.
