"Delight yourself in Me, and I will give you the desires of your heart". -Psalm 37:4
I am always reminded of that verse. I have a friend who is the reason why that verse has been a part of me. The time I started declaring that verse in every area of my life, it did a lot of miracles. Like everything moves in a way God wants to. It's clearly stated that if we put our enthusiasm or our excitement on Him towards a thing we are hoping for, surely, the desires of our hearts will be given. Let's have a mindset that is focused on Him because if we are focusing on Him and trusting His sovereignty, surely in no time, things we hope for will just come and fall on its places.
GOD can do a lot of things to you by now. Our duty is just to trust Him, His love, and on His guidance, we must live. He can do better things you could ever imagine if you'll let Him be your director. Be excited about what God will do to you by trusting Him delight.
Prayer:
Lord, help me to trust in your unfailing love. I know you know these desires I've been hiding inside my heart. May it be pleasing to you Lord and help me be delighted in you while I wait for the answers of all of these. I love you, Lord. Thank you in Jesus name Amen.
