Four beys smashed into the transparent ceiling with incredible force. However, it was not enough to break the upper floor as Celeste did. "Come on, just a little more!" I could see the glass beginning to crack as the beys combined their strength.

A voice suddenly pulled me from my dominant thoughts of rescuing Julianne.

"Faust!"

I swung around, my eyes already finding the source of the noise. Her pink eyes still brought chills through my spine, but not because they were intimidating. It was the fact that they looked so real. Anyone could be fooled by her gaze, couldn't they?

"Faust, we have to hurry and find the bey you're looking for. I don't know if he'll give your bey back. They're gaining on us, but it's different from last time they caught us. Now they're actually serious.
"Guys, stop!" I announced. Zeo, Toby, and Masamune caught their tops with ease. "This is Julianne, the girl we're looking for." The trio nodded at her."It's nice to meet you." Zeo replied.
"Come one, everybody, it's time to find my tempo." I turned toward the exit, walking towards Julianne 3.0. Together we talked out of the archway. Toby, Masamune, and Zeo followed suit. "By the way, Faust," Toby walked up to me. "Celeste was found by me. I think that it would be best if I kept her-"

"But Celeste was given to me because I am meant to control her. I am Faust, I was commanded to control Celeste."
It was true. I had suddenly remembered my real task: it seemed to be implanted into my brain, as if it was as important as learning to walk to me.

Suddenly I realized that maybe Julianne and I weren't as different as I thought we were. Both of us were programmed to do a certain task...yet, she seemed not to be following hers. And she was abiotic Yet I was following mine.

And I was fully living.

"-aust!"

I exited my deep thoughts and realized that I had stopped in the middle of the dimly lit hallway. "Why did you stop? We have to get out of here.' Zeo spoke up.
"Sorry about that." I kept a blank gaze and continued to walk as if nothing happened. I was fully aware of the situation but continued my process of thinking anyway.

"Julianne," I suddenly spoke amidst the silence.

"What is it?" she answered in a monotone voice.

"Why did you choose to rebel against your commander?"

She turned to face me. Her eyes were unchanging as her robotic face identified my features. "I don't understand your question." she finally replied. "I know you do; I know that you have judgement."

"I do,"

"And you choose to follow us instead of him?"

"Of course, there's one thing I'm actually thankful the doctor has done for me. He has given me free will and my ability to choose. But I can calculate that he is most likely very angry with my choices and I will be punished. Which is why I've escaped..."

"I see..."

"Celeste will be in a lab that is most likely highly secured. It'll take a lot to get in, but it's worth a try. Though I calculate the chances of getting in at 10.7%."

"That's low, but it's worth a try." Toby reassured. "We've worked hard for this, and hard work will not let you down."

Julianne began to walk at a quicker pace. I didn't blame her; we had to get Tempo. I was surprised that guards hadn't caught us already. But I had a bad feeling that we were being watched...

As we approached the elevator door, Masamune mashed the button in haste. It opened, and we all entered the small area. "What floor?" Masamune asked. "Go to the top one. It's most certain that the lab will be up there; as that is where I was constructed..." Julianne inched closer to me. She seemed to feel the most comfortable around me, most likely because I was the most similar one to her.

The elevator beeped a couple of times before opening on the top floor. Immediately Masamune and the others fled from the elevator space.

"Come on guys, let's get out of here as fast as possible." Masamune whispered.
The top floor had many rooms, all of which were confusing to the group. "The lab is this way," Julianne walked over to a set of large doors that one may find at a hospital. It was highly secured it seemed, and virtually impossible to get in.

I knew I had to get in somehow, though for my precious Tempo to spin again.
I took out the bey given to me and immediately launched it towards the door's lock. It hurdles over towards it, and somewhat made a dent in the lock's outer shell.

"This bey...I've never trained with it!" I yelled, clearly annoyed with the situation we were in. "Come on guys, let's get this lock broken!"

Zeo and Masamune pulled out their beys. Upon being launched, they slammed into the door's lock with great force, causing it to break and short out. The door slid open at our request now; we ran through the open arch way and and into the lab.
It was quite dark; no lights were turned on overhead. The only form of lighting was that of the blue light being emitted from multiple screens. Each screen showed something different. The lab also broke out into smaller rooms with different things behind the doors. Some rooms were completely covered and hidden from people. Others were able to be noticed by the transparent glass walls they had. One room seemed to be specifically for Julianne it seemed, for there were several robotic parts and power cords.

"Where would Celeste be?" Toby asked Julianne.

"Most likely in one of his secret rooms. This place is so big though, it'll be hard to find her..."

Faust walked over to a door that led to an unknown room. Surprisingly, though, the door seemed to be unlocked!

"Guys, this way looks promising. The door's unlocked, too!" I presented.

"Sounds good to me," Zeo replied, walking towards the door. The rest followed suit and I opened the door with ease.

We seemed to find ourselves standing upon a balcony now. Inside of the mysterious room was once again lit by a series of blue lights and other lights aligning the walls. Where we were standing was an area where the front walls were made entirely of glass. What surprised me though was the large stadium that was built in the middle of the floor below us.

"This has got to be it." Toby said, his eyes burning with determination.
"Come on, she's probably in here!" Masamune called out. He walked over to one part of the glass that seemed to be strangely broken. "What happened here?" Masamune asked.

I gasped.

"Could it really be?" My head spun a little as I looked to Toby, who also appeared to be surprised by the sight.
"This was the place I woke up in..." Toby stated. "I can't believe it!"

"So you finally found it." A mysterious voice called. It was oh-so familiar at this point. I turned around, scowling.
"I guess I made it simple for you guys. It looks like I'll have to make it harder for you next time."

It was the doctor that had been keeping us hostage in this building for so long. "It looks like you're trapped now, though, with no other way out...my two test subjects...my creations...now rebelled against me."

I rolled my eyes. "Yeah, you gave us judgement. We know what good and evil are. That's on you, not us."

The doctor grinned at us. "My mistake. It looks like I'll just have to sell you and your precious bey."

He pulled out a shiny object. It glistened in the blue light and seemed to have an irregular glow to its clear wheel.
"Celeste..." Toby breathed.

Without thinking, Toby jumped onto the man. "Give me back my bey!"

"Toby!" Masamune cried. He brought his bey up and launched it.

"Let's get Celeste back!"
