《Sierra》
"Sierra. . ." I heard Angelus' voice. "Sierra, wake up." He added.
I opened my eyes. "What time is it?" I asked, rubbing my eyes since I was still sleepy.
"It's still early. I-uh. . . Come with me, I'll show you something." Angelus said.
I rose from the bed, half-asleep, I replied, "What is i--" I stopped when I yawned, "it," I continued
"Look down." Angelus said as he climbed down the floor. From the upper bunk bed, I looked at the lower bunk bed or Eryn's bed, and saw that she's not there.
"Where's Er--" I was cut off by Angelus, "I heard soft footsteps going out, just now. I decided to wake you up. Maybe Eryn was sleep walking. Or you know, talking to someone, it just looks suspicious I mean, who would talk to you this early?" He said.
I laughed softly and lied down the bed, "Or maybe, she's having her personal Necessity. You know what I mean?" I said, smirking, then I closed my eyes.
I heard him sigh as he climbed up my bed again, "I know but. . . But I feel like there's something else, I can't explain it. Sierra, I heard she's talking to someone." He said.
"Probably her mother. Or father." I replied.
"No--" Angelus stopped. He looked at me, "Sierra, what did you hear yesterday? When Eryn was in the library together with the witches in Serpento." He asked.
I rose from the bed and looked at him, "Well, I. . . Heard them talk about something. Something about. . . Their plan? I don't know. I didn't really hear anything that much. Eryn just said that she will tell us the. . . Truth? If she ran out of those? And I don't know what she meant by those. I was confused. But I did saw something amazing." I said.
He raised an eyebrow, "What was it?" He asked.
"Well," I adjusted my position, facing him and whispered and told him about Parodia, controlling a book using its shadow.
"You saw her controlling shadows?" Someone spoke under my bed.
I looked at Eryn's bed and saw Sachiel.
"When did you wake up?" Angelus asked. "When did you get there?" I asked.
"I woke up when I heard Angelus talking." He answered then yawned.
"Yeah, he said he saw Eryn leaving the bedroom--"
"I didn't see her, I just heard the footsteps." Angelus interrupted.I rolled my eyes and spoke, "He HEARD footsteps of Eryn, leaving. I mean, what's the big deal? Maybe she's just talking to her mother or father or friends."
"Seriously, Angelus? Do you like Eryn?" Sachiel asked, half-asleep.
"Of course not!" He immediately answered. "She's not who I like- I mean, She's taking too long, what if--" I cut him off.
"So you're accusing her of something bad?" I asked him, eyebrow raised.
"No-Well I-I. . ." He stammered but the shook his head slightly. "Oh forget it, I'll see what's going on there myself." Angelus said as he climbed down the bunk bed and went out the bedroom.
