《Sierra》
"Can I dance with you, Princess Sierra of Sieberriah?" A handsome fine man asked me, wearing a formal white attire and a charming smile.
"Holy mother of cats. I don't know how to dance, please no-- I mean, I'm sorry but I couldn't dance." I said, backing off.
"I'm afraid you don't know me yet." He said.
"Well.."
"Let me introduce myself. I'm--"
"He's Vincent." Angelus said as he stepped between me and Vincent. They went to get some cupcakes.
"Here Sierra." Sachiel said as he offered me one.
"Thanks." I said as I took the cupcake.
"What do you want?" Angelus asked, frowning at Vincent.
"What makes you think I want anything, Angelus. Remember, not every little thing in this world is yours." Vincent said, smirking.
"Go away. I don't want any trouble." Angelus said.
"M'kay." Vincent said as he winked at Angelus. Then he walked away.
"Sierra. Don't go near him. Never trust him." Angelus warned as he turned and walked towards the king and queen who were both sitting on their thrones.
"What? Why?" I asked as I looked at Sachiel, rather confused.
"Vincent Gerard is the son of Paloma Gerard and Shilterine Gerard. Their one of the richest families in the world. Also, they're against the king and queen. Ever since Angelus was young, Vincent never liked him. Envy, maybe. Or maybe his parents told him to." Sachiel answered.
"Why is he---"
"Vincent always steals everyone from Angelus. Every friend. Every loved ones... He's stealing Angelus' happiness. That's why Angelus seldom comes back here. He's afraid that he'd steal you too. You're his friend."
I remained speechless.
"Enough with the seriousness, wanna dance?"
"Oh Sachiel, I don't even know how--"
"But I do know--."
"Nah, they'll just end up laughing at me." I said.
Instead of replying, Sachiel grabbed my hand and put it on his shoulder then his hand went on my waist. He held my other hand with his and winked at me.
"I don't know how to dance too."
I gaped, "Are you crazy?"
"Nah, just making someone realize something." He replied with a smirk.
It was awkward. Cringey. We were just talking. Not moving. Just talking.
"Sachiel, what are you thinking again?" I whispered.
"Just go with the flow--"
Sachiel stopped when someone cleared a throat behind me. I turned, "Angelus." I said.
"Can I ask you for a dance?" Angelus said, formally.
"Angelus, you know I don't know how." I replied.
"Don't you really? Well, I just saw you dance. Don't you really know how to dance or Do you just don't want to dance with me?" He said, calmly.
"Angelus... I really don't know how to dance... But I can try?" I said.
