My withered soul walks aimlessly,
Naked and bare I am cold as I can be.
A walking corpse, I am good as dead,
"Let go", that's what you said.
My ears are ringing as hell,
What happened to us doesn't ring a bell.
I never expected I'd be broken by you,
I never thought you'd find someone new.
I did not mean to fall too hard,
I fell for a damn bastard.
I am such a fool,
I did not notice I was used as a tool.
Those false promises you told me,
Why am I so blind to not see?
Those sweet things you said to me,
Why am I so stupid to believe?
Now I am lost and alone,
I don't know if I'll last that long.
Confused on what I must do,
Hurting and depressed because of the truth.
Now I see you with another,
I witness you hug and kiss her.
How I wish it was me,
Sadly, we weren't meant to be.
I glance at you every time,
But even if I want to you aren't mine
Not anymore, not ever
Because I fell in love with a fucking player.
