Bonds made was never cut,
'Til now together nonetheless.
A heart left alone to rot.
Bitter fate confronts me face to face.
Cupid shoots his heart but not hers.
A one-sided love? How funny.
Maybe he just missed,
Maybe aren't just meant to be.
To admire from afar,
To love without pretending.
To care secretly,
To glance without no one noticing.
Sometimes I ask what do I lack?
What am I to you?
What do you see in others?
Can I court you too?
I yearn for your embrace.
Caring for me truly and not an act.
I hope you notice me.
Dreaming you would love me back.
Fantasies destroy me,
I keep on looking at the bright side.
Sad thing is I have to be free,
I need to get rid of the feelings I have
Remember, I'll still be that guy.
Who got mesmerized by your beauty.
The boy who will remain patient.
The man who respects you endlessly
Now let me be selfish,
And move-on even if it's hellish.
Let me keep my pride even just an ounce,
