Chap7

Shit. Shitshitshitshitshitshitshitshitshit. What the fuck is he doing here?! I looked for Dorian and Melissa, but i couldn't see them anywhere. I didn't really want to know though. They always had a celebratory... connection... after a feeding. *Shudder*.

I scanned the area i saw Noah in, to see whether he was still there or not. I couldn't see him, and i didn't know his scent to smell for him. I was beginning to think he had run, when i saw him move from behind a wall. I watched him as he strode towards me, his eyes never leaving mine (kid has balls). He stopped a few steps away from me, still holding my eyes. It didn't look like he was going to say anything so i decided i would.

"What did you see?" I asked confidently.

"Enough to see you weren't kidding when you said you were a vampire," he replied calmly. How the hell is he calm after seeing that?! Shouldn't he be running or something? I am a monster after all.

"Oh," was my smart ass reply.

"I saw everything. I saw you beat the shit out of him too," he stated, again calmly. He took a step towards me. I waited, wondering what the hell he was doing. He didn't stop, he walked right up to me, the tips of our shoes touching.

He lowered his head towards mine.

"And it was fucking hot," he whispered. With that he crashed his lips to mine. Instinctively, my hands found their way under neath his hood and into his mess of black hair, gripping it. Our lips moved together harshly, yet synchronized. He bit at my lower lip violently; not that it could hurt me. I allowed him entrance, tangling our tongues together. I could tell he wanted to dominate the kiss, so i let him. His tongue explored my mouth, eliciting primal feelings within me. I knew my fangs would have reappeared, just like i knew my eyes would be blacker than black.

I pulled back, gasping shortly for breath, keeping my eyes closed. What the fuck just happened?! Noah just kissed me. Not only that... I kissed him back?! Fuck. Me.

"What's wrong?" Noah whispered in my ear. I shuddered, but not from the cold. Definitely not the cold. Stupid warm human.

"You. Why aren't you running, screaming? Why aren't you calling the police or something?! Why are you even in Gloucestershire?" I ranted, my breaths coming short and quick.

"Shall we go somewhere to talk? I think we both have things to explain. How'd you get here?" Noah asked.

"Dorian, Melissa and myself ran, you?"

"You ran? From Painswick?!"

"Explanations later, pretty boy," I snapped at him.

"I got a taxi," he mumbled.

"Go ring for another then. I'll meet you back here in a moment, I just need to find my siblings,"

I stood silent for a moment, feeling for Dorian or Melissa. Two tingles shot up my spine fast, so i knew they were coming to me. And they didn't disappoint. Seconds later they turned up, carrying their victims over their shoulders. I snickered and pointed to the wall where the black haired boy lay unconscious still. They repressed their grins, set their victims down and flanked me.

"How was your meal sis?" Dorian grinned. Ever the comedian.

"Tasty. Salty. Better than nothing right?" I replied, chuckling. We three shared an amused glance.

"Oh, you two can go on ahead by the way. I ran into a... an... acquaintance... We're gonna catch a cab," I told them, begging they wouldn't question me. No such luck.

"You don't have acquaintances, Mory," Dorian scowled. I rolled my eyes at him. I was about to correct him when a single shock went up my spine.

"Apparently, I do, Dory," I shot back at him, turning to face Noah, who stood watching us bicker; he looked rather amused.

"Got one?" I questioned him, an eyebrow raised.

"Of course. Ten minutes, tops,"

Melissa cleared her throat, sending me a look I knew all too well. It was one of those looks that said, 'start talking, or Im'a get yo' ass'. I sighed, shaking my head. No use lying is there?

"Hmmf. Melissa, Dorian, this is Noah. Noah these are my siblings, Dorian and Melissa," I introduced quickly.

"Nice to meet you," Noah said politely. Polite?! What the actual hell.

"Same to you Noah. We'll talk another time, we have to get going. Come on Dorian," Melissa replied, then urging Dorian away from us. Not before he could shout a warning about killing Noah if he messed with me though. Noah just chuckled. I don't blame him.

I watched as they disappeared from my sight. It was just me and Noah.

"Taxi's here," Noah informed me.

Okay, Noah, me and the taxi driver.

This was going to be one tense drive. Can't wait for this conversation. Not.
