Chapter 4

Harry's pov

-Jennifer, Jennifer please wake up!

I tried to wake her up but she didn't move. Oh my gosh what the fvck shoud I do??  I'm so worried. I was about to call the ambulance when I heard moans. Jen... She tried to get up but I held her back.

-Jen, please don't move, you're too weak to get up. Just rest for a few minutes.

I carried her to the couch of my dressing room, and I laid her down but suddenly she jumped up. It was like she had a panic attack.  She just started to cry and walk around the room.

-Jen , Jen calm down please. Listen to me, now I'm here ok? Can you please tell me what happened to you?

-Harry, Beau was here. He hit me a few times and the last thing I remember I fell down on the floor. Why Harry, why can't he leave me??

I can't believe what I just heard. I have to protect Jennifer I don't care what do I have to do.

Jennifer's pov

I woke up in the middle of the night. I was cuddled up to Harry. Now I feel safe because he's with me.

I'm happy becase he protected me and I hope he will stay by my side when Beau comes back. I want this nightmare to end.

7:00 Harry's alarm just went off. I don't want to wake up so I just decided to go back to sleep. But Harry moved a little. Great, he's awake now and I'm sure he won't let me sleep since we have to shoot Idol today.

I tried to get off him but he held me back. What the...

-Harry we have to shoot Idol today, we have to wake up now.

-No Jen, I have to shoot Idol, you stay here and rest all day. I won't let you do this after what happened yesterday!

Aw Harry..

I couln't even say thank you to him, I already fell asleep.

I hope he will always be here for me...

Harry's pov

I was walking towards the auditions room. I can't stop thinking about Jennifer. I locked my room's door so nobody can get in there.

I have to tell about this Ryan and Keith. I want to ask them who could be the 3rd judge today. I will miss Jennifer by my side.

-------40 mins later---------

We decided to have Keith's wife, Nicol instead of Jennifer. The whole day was so stressful for me because I know Beau can break in my dressing room and hurt Jennifer in any moment.

Finally it's the end of the day. I can't belive it. I'm tired af. I went to my dressing room and found Jen packing her clothes.

-Hey princess, ready to leave?

-Harry I'm sorry I couldn't be there today. And thank you for being this understanding.

-It's not a problem, you really needed to rest for a few hours.

We smiled at each other then we left the studio.

Jennifer's pov

Finally I'm home. I went to take a shower and Harry hopped on my bed and he started to read a book. Oh yeah, now we're sleeping together because I'm too scared to be alone. It's like we were lovers right? But don't get me wrong, he's my best friend.

Finally I was done with showering and I laid next to Harry. I ran through my messages. He kept on brushing my hair with his fingers.

A few minutes later we started to watch a horror movie. I never loved horror but Harry told me I have nothing to be scared of. So I just obeyed him.

At the half of the film I got scared and jumped on Harry. When I moved our lips were just inches away. Fvck I almost kissed him...

I quickly went back to my side and continued to watch the movie. Gosh, it was awkward...

Harry's pov

next morning

I woke up expecting Jennifer to be here but I didn't see her. It's
weird because she always sleeps late.

I went down to the kitchen, and here she is making breakfast.

-Morning.

I smiled at her then I sat by the table waiting for her the serve the bereakfast.

-You like when I do you breakfast huh?

-I'm not gonna lie, yes.

We both laughed and ate our breakfast.  Today was our day-off so we decided to go somewhere together.

-What about the zoo? Jen suggested.

-No, I was there at least 4 times. Let's go to the carnival!

-Carnival? Ok, it sounds exciting.

We packed our thing and went to the park. And here it is. The last time I was in a carnival was 20 years ago when my parents died. Bad memories... I hope I can make better memories with Jennifer.

We almost tried everything. I really love being here. Suddenly Jen grabbed my arm and she pushed me towards the roller caster. No, I can't do this...

-Jen look, I...I'm afraid of it, let's just try something else.

-No, Harry you have to face your fears.

She won't let me so I just obeyed her. I hope I won't throw up...

We're sitting on the roller coaster, and I can't stop screaming. It wasn't the best idea to ride on this. I can't wait to get off this.

Finally the ride ended. Suddenly I felt something in my stomach. I feel like I will throw up. Please no...

But it was too late, I started to run towards the toilet. Jen followed me and rubbed my back. She helped me stand up then she hugged me real tight.

-Harry, you did it, I'm so proud of you!

And she was right. If she wasn't with me maybe I would be still scared of roller coasters. But now I did it and I wont be scared anymore.

I'm so thankful to Jennifer, she just saved me. But... I think I like her.

Jennifer's pov

It was the best day of my life. Helping Harry to beat down his fear... I'm so proud of him.

We were walking towards Harry's car just talking about random things. But I was still hungry. So we decided to go to the McDonald's.

I ordered my favourite meal, cheese burger with french fries. Harry just orderd a cup of cola. Looks like someone isn't hungry. I decided to annoy him.

I put my cheese burger in front of his face, expecting him to take it away from me.

But he just looked at me. He was serious.

-Harry what's wrong? It's just a burger.

-Jen I don't love McDonald's it reminds me of my parents. We used to eat here when I was a little boy.

-Oh my god I'm sorry. Let's just go, I will eat something when we get home.

-No, stay. It's not a problem, you helped me with my roller-coaster-problem, you can help me with this too.

Aw, my heart...

I ate my food then we left. When we arrived to my condo I went to my bed and fall asleep.

This day was soo good with Harry. He's so fun to be around and his stories just broke my heart. But he faced his fears and I'm so porud of him....I think I like him....
