"Open your eyes, Scott."
His breath seemed heavy, and he was visibly scared.
"Open them, Scott. You don't have anything to worry about."
His eyes started to open and a small light emitted, but all of a sudden he seemed to think better of it, and then his eyes slowly closed once more.
"I'll protect you."
He sighed.
"Let me see those eyes."
And then, he opened them and the beam fired out. You caught it with your telekinesis and pushed it all the way back into his eyes until there was only crystal blue.
