8:30am, Sunday
Kato enters The Donut Shop. He looks around, searching for her. He wanted to find a seat but, he wants to talk to the owner first. He approached one waitress named, 'Lily' and asked for the owner. Lily gave him a small smile and went to Grace's office at the back. After how many minutes, Lily came back and approached Kato.
"Sir, did you have an appointment with Mrs. Chiu? Because she asked me to tell you that she's busy and you should have arranged an appointment with her." Lily said.
"Uhhhmm. Please tell Mrs. Chiu that my name is Kato Seiichi and I urgently want to speak to her. Tell her its a matter of life and death." Kato said while giving a sad look.
"Oh my, okay sir. I'll be right back." Lily hurriedly went back.
Kato was about to sit down but then Lily came back very fast.
"Sir, Mrs. Chiu is giving you 30 minutes of her time." Lily said.
Kato went inside Grace's office. He looks around and see a bunch of papers stack on Grace table, while Grace was signing something and gave it to Lily as she was instructed to leave.
"Good Morning Mr. Seiichi. You can call me Grace. Why do you need to talk to me?" Grace said giving a funny look.
"Uhhmm... Mrs. Chiu... Grace, I might have fallen love at first sight with one of your waitresses here." said Kato.
"Who? Lily?" Grace starts to laugh.
"No no no no! Not her. The one with black hair and fair skin."
"Oh! Oh... She's beautiful right? Of course, any guy would fall for him."
"Can you please tell her name?" asked Kato.
"Oops. If we are talking about matters of the heart, I am not going to interfere. You go and ask her."
"Uhmmm. I can't. I might have offended her at some ways. I think it was Friday afternoon, I came here and was about to order a donut meal but, I forgot to bring my wallet. So she asked me if I have chosen a meal, I was kind of rude to her. But she was just being formal to me and I felt guilty."
"That's it? You came all the way here, just because you felt guilty? Well, that makes you a good guy after all."
"Uhmmm... Grace, I do have an idea how to apologize to her but its going to make a scene at your shop."
"Okay... This sounds a bit odd. What is it?"
"I'm planning to slap her first and then kiss her." said Kato.

1:45pm, Sunday
"Mom, are you sure Elise won't kill that guy?" said Caren.
"Thank god she's on night shift. At least he will still have time to prepare."
"You don't even know this guy, Mom. And you'll just let him slap and kiss Elise. That's a bit crazy around there don't you think? My god. I don't know how and what will be Elise's reaction to it. What does he even look like? And not just his looks, is he even a good guy? What if his a sadist or a serial killer? I hope not."
"Caren, I have a feeling that maybe this guy is the one for Elise."
"How can you know that mom? You're not even a psychic." Caren said.
"I just do." said Grace. Reminiscing her love story.
Caren stood up from the one of the stool chairs and went to get pen and paper. Kato was actually going to be at The Donut Shop at 2:00pm because Grace, Caren will help Kato plan how to do it, surprising Elise with an apology.
