We all need are beauty sleep, but these are some tips to make your sleep that much better.

1. Before you go to bed wash your face, brush your teeth, apply body lotion, put on some lip moisturizer, and apply some face cream.

2. Stack up two pillows to elevate your head, this helps percent puffy eyes.

3. Before bed SIP some water (about a glass). This hydrates you, clears your body system, helps prevent acne, gives a glow to the skin, and much more.

4. When you wake up the first thing you should do is drink some water, this gets you metabolism going and can actually help you lose some weight.

5. If you wet a face cloth with cold water, then fold it and lay it on your eyes it helps you relax and fall asleep.

6. An hour before you go to bed try to avoid screens, by that I mean phones, iPods, TV etc.

7. Try to sleep in your back, this way gravity actually gives you a face lift.

8. Try not to sleep on your side, this can cause wrinkles. If you must sleep on your side try to get a silk pillow covering.

9. A good way to relax before bed is to give your self a massage or try breathing exercises (yoga)

10. When I was younger my hair would always get tangled up during bed, to prevent his try putting your hair in a braid before bed. If your hair is wet when you do this, it gives you heatless waves the next day.

11. This is like the 8th time I said this but you can out Vaseline on your lashes at night to help them grow and thicken.

12. You can use acne treatment on your blemishes or toothpaste to help get rid of them.

13. You can put a sleeping facial mask on for a special skin treatment during night.

14. You can put a scented candle near your bed ( don't light) to help relax you.

15. I like to spray my warm vanilla sugar spray from bath and body works to calm me but you can also get sleep sprays and relaxing sprays from bath and body works I think.
