In this rant I'm not trying to hurt anyone's feelings or insult anyone, some girls can rock and properly wear blue eyeshadow. This is just from some of the people I see day to day. Many people can not pull blue eyeshadow off. I'm simply stating my opinion, you don't have to read this.

Alright well it does not make your eyes pop, in fact I can't find your eyes because the is a pile of bright blue in their way. I have also noticed that people with brown eyes are smothering their eyes in blue eyeshadow, I'm just wondering why. It isn't like your trying to make your eyes pop, it doesn't look good from any angle, like are you trying to make your eyes look blue?

I hate it when people do this and can't pull it off. So the lesson is do not overdo!!!

And I have found a couple more ideas but common please guys, is it really that hard to comment?
