Tips to losing it

Everyone wants to lose that extra before bikini season and I thought, hey why not start early. So here is what I do:

1. Every morning drink about half a glass of water to get your metabolism going.

2. Don't skip breakfast. A good quick breakfast is two yogurts, some fruit and maybe some eggs. Or for a fancier breakfast cut a whole in some bread, put bread on greased sauced pan, then pour eggs in hole, cook on medium. I love putting cinnamon and maple syrup on it.

3. Try eating 4 or 5 SMALL meals a day. This keeps your metabolism high.

4. Eat until your 80% full. When you feel 80% full you are actually usually 100% full! you just can't feel it.

5. Make a workout plan or a couple. I have one main one but you can make one for core, arms and legs. Then plan the days you workout and which workout you do.

I play sports so I can workout less, twice a week I do this workout:

"Warm up":

jack hammer for 25 sec

5 push ups 5 donkey kicks

Side plank 25 sec

5 push ups 5 donkey kicks

Other side plank 25 sec

5 push ups 5 donkey kicks

Side sit ups 25 sec

5 push ups 5 donkey kicks

Other side sit ups

5 push ups 5 donkey kicks

Foot touches 25 sec

5 push ups 5 donkey kicks

Other foot touches

5 push ups 5 donkey kicks

It is hard for the first couple times but try to do them right after another.

Workout:

15 wide legged squats

10 regular squats

20 silent jumps ( be quiet well landing)

15 push ups

15 sit ups

Stairs

Running

Ladders

Repeat

Cool down:

15 jumping jacks

Stretch

10 jumping jacks

Stretch

5 jumping jacks

Stretch

Breathing (lying down and slowing your breath until normal)

6. After your workout I recommend a shower and a *banana, fruit, *chocolate milk, peanut butter and *water.

7. Keep track of your plan and don't ditch it, once you ditch it the pounds come back!!!!!!!

8. If this doesn't help a ton try looking in to better meal plan. I'm not saying diet because people get the wrong idea and think "dieting" is not eating. A new diet is simply eating BETTER.
