Chapter 6:Truth Revealed

Margot's POV
"And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul"

Ever just stare at someone for a long period of time and end up laughing? Well thats Cecilia right now, she bursted into giggles while we were all staring at her waiting for her to explain this whole situation."Your all so serious." I for one just glare at her while the others have no idea what just happened.

"You gonna explain this picture or not?"

I cross my arms as I stare down Cecilia as she calms down."Relax Margot I was just getting to that." I roll my eye's as Hilda glares at me making sure I don't say anything Cecilia wouldn't appreciate."Now since you all invaded my privacy I suppose it's fitting you hear my explanation for everything to make sense to your cold dead minds."

"So kind..."

"Quiet and listen before I cut out your tounge."

We all sit down getting comfy to hear what this crazy loon has to say about her mysterious picture."Now this picture was indeed taken above and I know you all don't approve of me visiting up there but-" I clear my throat before interrupting her."Your right we don't approve so why did you feel the need to go there?"

"I was just getting to that you idiot."

"Well then you were saying?"

She clears her throat I'm guessing for a dramatic effect before she continues telling us the reason she was up above.

"Now as you all may know I have a daughter.. and shes older now but I still check in on her" she looks at the picture and then let's out a long sigh."That's the man she's... married too,well I actually set them up but they love eachother I didn't want her to have a marriage like mine."

"How doesn't your daughter know about this?"

"I sworn her husband to secrecy...unless."

She jerk's her head to the window and glares at the entrance to the circus."Marcel!" She jumps up and storms out of the wagon with all of us in tow."I'm guessing Marcel is her daughters husband?" I look over at Hilda who's just focused on following Cecilia."I suppose so,let's hope she doesn't kill him."

"Marcel you son of a bitch! Where are you!"

"Umm..are you sure we should be following her? I mean I don't wanna be destroyed today."

"She does realize this Marcel possibly didn't even come down here right?"

"I wouldn't tell her that."

We all follow Cecilia while keeping our distance making sure not to disturb her...hunt I guess you could call it. We all stop when we realize we're at a run down apartment building not far from the circus ground's."He lives here?" I look at Hilda who clearly has no clue what I'm talking about."You know...just be quiet Margot."

We watch from a safe enough distance as Cecilia knocks on a random apartment door...very angrily if I might add."Marcel!Open this door!" To our surprise the door actually opens. You think the person on the other side would be scared to death.

"That's a girl..."

We all stare confused at who's on the other side of the door and apparently so is Cecilia because she just stands there dumbfounded."Indeed it is Captain Obvious."

"Z-Zina?"

"Mother."

"Mother?!" We all say in unison because I guess we weren't expecting Cecilia's daughter to pop up in the underworld...and that she wouldn't be dead."What in bloody hell are you doing down here?"

"If you and your...friends would like to join me I'll explain...everything."

"So mother it seems you have been...doing things since you died."

"It seems you have too Zina."

We all awkwardly sit at the table as Cecilia and Zina have a very..non exciting conversation.Honestly, I dont even know why she suggested we join them."So Zina what brings you barging into my circus?"

"Just wanted to see why my mother never thought to say hello..since you can obviously go above."

I look over at Cecilia who doesn't seem too pleased with her daughter's words she looks like as if she's been betrayed."Now now no need to bring that little detail up darling girl." Zina laughs as she calmly takes a sip of tea."Oh mother you were always the one to avoid something in conversation.. like you secretly meeting with Uncle Jasper." They both look over at Jasper as he realizes their gaze on him."Oh come on you slept with your brothers wife?" I glare at him as he looks down shamefully."Who are these lovely ladies any how mother?" Zina eyes each and everyone of us like she's sizing us up or something."Just some friends that work for me...their more of my family."

Just like mother like daughter Zina obviously didn't take those words very kindly as she slams her fist down on the table."You replaced your family? Pfft thats so like you."

"I wouldn't talk to your mother that way."

Cecilia stands up staring right into her daughters eyes."What mother? It seems I've been replaced." Zina changes her human form for another form.She grows horns on the top of her head and her skin turns into a pale color and her mouth becomes torn,her eyes turn red and her nose disappears looking like a skulls nose."Dear Cecilia...you foolish girl you just made yourself an enemy, your death will make my day."

She disappears into thin air as we all stare at the spot she was just in."What the hell just happened." Sabriel questions as Cecilia just stares into space."I believe ladies and gentleman we have ourselves a very serious issue." she turns her gaze over to Sabriel as her face grows more serious."I think it's time we informed your father that the human issue is fixed and that a new issue has risen."

"But what do I tell him when he asks who it is?"

"Tell him a new enemy named Zina has arrived and leave out the detail about her being my daughter"

"What in the world happened to her Cecilia?

Cecilia looks over at Jasper with sadness in her eyes."She lost the people dearest to her." She takes a moment and breaths out slowly before looking at all of us.

"And...she feels the need for revenge."
