"I'm going then!", (brother's name) waved.

"Yeah, bye", you waved back to him. You closed the door and headed to the kitchen. The sun had set and now you felt hungry now.

"You and your brother sure have a good relationship.", Jack said following you from behind.

"Yeah right", you replied lazily unhappy with his statement. You prepared your dinner while Jack just sat on a chair.

"I swear!", he grinned.

"What do you know?", you replied irritated. Your brother can go overboard when teasing you sometimes-correction MOST of the time.

"Believe it or not, I used to have a little sister!", he smiled.

"Used to?",

"Well, obviously she's dead...I believe it's been 300 years since I was last human.", he answered.

"I'm sorry to hear that", now you just don't feel like letting your sharp tongue start speaking because you're quite sure Jack sounded sad. Why is he telling you this anyway?

"Don't be", he smiled.

"Then, how did you become a guardian then?", you asked.

"I died", he replied immediately.

"Wha-You what?!", you were surprised. What the heck is he saying now?

"At least that's how I interpret it, and being human...it's just a part of my previous life", he replied playing with a snowflake that he made.

"Then, who were you in your previous life?",you asked. Hopefully, this would be a better topic than his death.

"Just an average teenager in that time...However I am now is also how I was at that time! Except from the hair and eye color I guess", he replied again with his perfect smile present.

"And your name?", he must have one if it was a previous life.

"Jackson Overland!...I guess",

"You guess?! You crazy or what? You're not sure of your name?", you replied and he just chuckled lightly.

"Well, that's what I remembered", he answered with a carefree smile. You finished cooking your dinner and prepared it on a plate and started eating.

"It must have been hard", you stated and he looked at you with confusion. "For your sister, when you died that is", you added. Wait, wasn't I trying to avoid this topic?

"Yeah...I wonder what happened after I fell into the lake...", he said with a lower tone.

"I'm sure they were sad...children must have liked you a lot", you smiled softly.

"How'd you know that?", he asked smiling as if reminiscing his memories.

"Seeing how you act like one, it wouldn't take a genius to figure that out, why tell me this anyway?", you finally finished eating then you took your dishes to the sink.

"Eh? Didn't you want to know?", he tilted his head. You tried to recall everything that happened between you...

"Ah, yeah right...I was curious", you finally remembered how you asked him about his past life.

"Gee (your name), never thought you could be forgetful...you jut asked this afternoon!", he said teasing you.

"Well, sorry!", you apologized sarcastically.

"Aw come on Snowflake, it's alright to be forgetful sometimes...I'm quite sure it shouldn't be normal though", he smirked.

"You know Frost...just shut up", you said with a deadpanned look.

"Fine, fine", he replied in a playful tone. You just decided to ignore him and went upstairs to your room.

"Sleeping already?",

"Maybe I am", you replied not minding that he's following you to your room. "Don't you have some other business to do?", You finally reached your room.

"I do", was his immediate reply.

"Then why not do that some other business now?", you said while forcing a smile. You just felt like you some peace for tonight...and by that you really need the Guardian of Fun to leave. It's been ages since you had a real quiet time.

"In other words", he started while he moved his head in a circling motion childishly, ""You want me to leave?", he finished with a grin that doesn't match what he just said.

"Yes", you replied curtly.

"You hate me?", he suddenly asked which caught you off guard.

"No!", you quickly responded but then you saw him smirk knowingly."But that doesn't mean that I like you! Nor does it mean that I've forgiven you!", for stealing my first kiss!

"Forgive? Wait what did I do now?", he raised an eyebrow.

"For stealing my first kiss!",you crossed your arms as he was standing right across the room.

"You still haven't gotten over that?",he tilted his head.

"And I will never will!",

"Past is past,just let it go...Ever heard of move on?", he smirked.

"Of course I have! It's just unbelievable how my first kiss could happen in the most unromantic way!",you averted your gaze with a "hmph".

"Then just forget about it",

"Easy for you to say", you retorted.

"Snowflake I just had a very good idea!", he suddenly exclaimed jumping towards you.

"You're gonna leave now?", you looked at him at the corner of your eye.

"No, something even better!", he said with his eyes exceptionally bright while looking at you.

"What?",

"I was just thinking...if you wanna meet the other guardians!", he grinned.

"Wa-wait WHAT?! Meet the guardians?!", you were totally surprised with what he said that you unconsciously grabbed his arms. "Are you serious?!", you asked shaking him slightly with your eyes locked with his.

"Yup! Totally sure! I'm sure North will be glad to meet a teenage believer! So you coming?",he asked with his signature smile.
