Bruce and I are great friends; we have always been there for the other. Even when Bruce's parents died I comforted him when we were in high school and I could see the discomfort in Bruce's eyes when girls gawk over him or flirted with him. I think that they're just some sluts who won't ever get with someone that's why they flirt with boys.

Bruce has taken over his company and has little time to get home and rest because of it. I think he deserves a rest because of his ongoing work. I decided to talk to Alfred about coming over and seeing how Bruce is going. So that's what I did.

To be real I haven't seen him in ages, it'll be great to see a friend. I smile in the car and continue driving to the manor. Luckily I get there before Bruce got to the manor after his work.

"Miss Y/N, how are you?" We smile at the other as Alfred closes the door behind me "good Alfred, yourself?" I return the question "good, master Bruce should be here in about half an hour, I thank you for taking your time in coming here. Hes been a bit stressed with work lately" I nod "it's my pleasure Alfred, it's always good to see old friends" I tell him.

Then an idea pops into my head "how about I help you out around this manor?" I offer he shakes his head "no, no please leave the work to me miss Y/n, make yourself at home" I slightly raise my hand to my head and smile "same old Alfred, I'm helping whether or not you like it" I tell him. Who knew that half an hour could fly by like less than a minute?

I hear the door open and see none other than who I came here for. I turn my head and smile at his surprised expression "hey" I smile he snapped out of a trance and responded "hey, what are you doing here?" I act like I don't know "oh, I don't know maybe seeing a couple of old friends" I smirk and shrug my shoulders. He smiles and comes up to me, god hes grown hes towering over me "well, its nice to see you too" he smiles.

"I'd hope so its not every day I get the time to come and visit or I'd be here every day" I chuckled he rolled his eyes at my comment "so how's running a big company going for you?" I ask he shrugs "fine" I look him in the eye "really? Coz Alfred told me that you were a bit stressed about it" he glanced at Alfred and did what looked like a glare for like two seconds. Before averting his gaze back to me.

I smirk "its good to have you back here y/n" I glare at him "it is good being here but don't change the topic" he runs his hand through his hair like hes trying to think of a way out of this. His eyes slightly widened "because I'm thinking about adopting a child" he looks down at me. "Really? You're going to adopt?" I question he nods "ok, I see why you'd be stressed about that" I give him a warm smile and he gives me his charming one which would make any girl's heart melt.

I glance at the time and think 'shoot, gotta get home before... just get home before you know who gets there and sees you're not' I worried in my mind and tried to not look like I'm freaking out, Bruce saw through me "you alright" I nod and sigh "yeah, I just got to go because my boyfriends going to pick me up in about an hour and a half for a date" I lied "your dating?" he asked.

I nod but my smile fades because of how he is. I wish that I can get out of this relationship... but I can't thanks to some awesome parents. I put on a fake smile "it was nice seeing the both of you" they said the same. I started getting to my car. I sigh as I get in, I hate my boyfriend. Hes rude, abusive and way more crap, I wish I could end this relationship but he will literally hunt me down and whoever I'm with if I am in a relationship with anybody.

Hes just after sex, and after hes gotten it he'll go at it again. I'm not that type so I never stay in the same room at night with him. Hes always drunk so its worse than if he had control of himself. In the car I felt like someone was watching me. I tried to shrug it off but I couldn't its like I know whats following me but I don't?
