I bow with my head down "thank you for your teachings Sensei" I thank before standing up straight "it is my pleasure Y/n, anything for a friend of my daughter" the middle aged man says "I have to go, something is telling me that my family is in trouble. Once again, thank you" I finish saying before I walk off. Once I exit and am walking to the place I am staying at, an odd familiar aura appears, I sense someone is following me so I change my course to an ally way and growl "who are you! Show yourself before I come looking for you" I threaten.
A girl falls to the ground and lands with grace, she has what looks to be make up outlining her eyes and multi-coloured hair. A sword is attached to her hip and she is smirking I send a glare her way "good evening Karai. Would be so kind as to leave me alone? I am leaving the city tonight and I need to be ready" I explain.
Karai laughs hollowly "you and I both know that I cannot do that, since Shredder commanded me to not let you leave" he retorts "oh, goodie. A 'daddy's girl' is sent my way. Goly gosh, I'm so scared, I'm quaking in my boots" I glare at her and my posture stiffens ready for an attack "you and I both know that you, Karai, are no match for me" I snap.
Its now her turn to start glaring at me "you have no idea what I'm capable of traitor" she snaps my eyes roll. I begin to walk past her "you're wasting my time" I spit as I walk past her. I know that isn't the last time Ill be seeing her, but for now, no blood needs to be shed.
I continue my route back to the place I'm staying at. I walk around the place one last time to check if I left anything and when I check that I haven't, I walk to the owner and smile "thank you for the shelter, I am in your debt" I say before exiting and walking towards the airport looking forward to seeing my brothers and dad again.
~~Time Skip~~
It is dark by the time I am at NYC. A sigh gets released when I notice that the city hasn't changed a bit. I start running with my luggage across rooftops to get to the closest sewer place to the Lair. Just as I am about to jump, I spot two familiar figures. One green with a shell... and one with multi-coloured hair. I glare down at them, already knowing who they are.
I over hear Karai trying to convince Leo about something, which makes me glare holes in her back and rage ignites within me.
~~Meanwhile~~
April was sitting on the couch when she finally decided to talk to master Splinter about something that the turtles keep bringing up during their petty fights. Y/n.
"Master Splinter" April greets when she walks into the Dojo "ah, April. What seems to be the issue?" The rat asks politely while April starts getting fidgety "Master Splinter, why – no, what do the boys mean when they bring 'Y/n' up in their conversations?" She asks curiously. The large rat sighs as he tells the girl to sit down "Y/n is my daughter. Not by blood but she was wondering the sewers and I took her in, she was an older sister to the turtles, they all looked up to her. The angle in disguise. She was my first Kunoichi, she was the one to put the boys in their place when I was not around. She was alike the boys in many ways, she excelled in the Martial arts much quicker than the boys and she became fluent with all their weapons along with anything she could find. At the age of 15 she asked for access to the outside world to expand her knowledge on the martial arts, I granted because of two reasons. 1 because she can defend herself better than any of the boys and 2. Because she is a human, a non-mutated human" he explains and sighs "she was the peacekeeper in the family, all the boys loved her and she loved them. She told me that once she had finished her training, she would return. Knowing her, she is probably returning home very soon" the rat finishes up. He starts to walk away leaving April dumbfounded.
