Marinette's POV

The darkness that clouded my sight slowly started to thin. He was gone, but I knew that it was all to real. Though he gave me an advantage and something big enough that our group should know, I wasn't planning on telling them. I need to find out what this power can do.

I still stood in the position in which he left me so I saw Adrien come in. Instantly, I threw my arm around his neck and Nuzzled my head in his shoulder. His right hand went to the small of my back, his left to my head. (Relationship goals am I right?)

"Did he do anything? Did you give up your miraculous? Tikki are you here? Are you Ok?" He asked questions faster then I could answer.

"I'm fine, Tikki is fine and right here, he asked me questions that's all."

"Did you answer them?"

"Of course Adrian, I'm not rude." I laughed a bit on this one.

I can't let her find out about what happened with Chloe...

I couldn't believe this was what he was thinking about. About Chloe. That's all. What happened with Chloe? Did they hook up? It was all too much for me to handle so I ran out of 'miraculous haven' bumping into him on my way out.

Where should I go? I stood on the street before my feet decided what direction I should go. I was running towards the Agreste's mansion on 32nd street. It had a big butterfly symbol in the glass window. When I knocked on the rotting wooden door, it just opened.

I heard a voice behind me that sounded like Adrien. I could hear his thoughts still. Why did she run out like that? Oh my god, where did she go? Why is she heading towards the west wing of our mansions?

His thoughts were going faster then his legs were pumping. I ran down the main corridor, and up the stairs at the end of it. I kept going up and up until I reached a single red and purple door.

I opened the door expecting to find nothing, but I found Hawkmoths lair. I stepped into the darkened room, "hello?" I called out. No answer. The ladybug in me was telling me to call chat noir, but the akuma overpowered that feeling telling me to keep it a secret.

I was at the centre of the room when something moved in the shadows behind me. "Hawkmoth."

"It took less time then I expected for you to find me." He paused, "but I see you've brought company."

I turned to see Adrian trying to break the door down. "I didn't bring him. He followed me."

He finally broke through the door. He looked very angry and tired.

"Tell me what is going on Mari. Now."

"Well..."
