chapter 8: for better and worse

Marinette POV

I strolled Down the very empty halls. My head held high with a new found confidence. I passed each room gaining more and more, relishing in the glorious feel of it.

My class was at the end of hall B. Looking at the time, class was almost over. So I stood leaned up against the wall opposite to the door, waiting for people to come out.

Soon, as I predicted, people started pouring out of the class room. Instead of leaving to go to their next class, they stood in a circle as if there'd be a fight. Alya, Nino, Adrien, Nath, and CHLOE OF ALL PEOPLE, stood on the other side of the semi circle.

"Mari-" Adrien started but couldn't finish from gawking.

"Marinette what did you do?" Nathaniel asked.

Ignoring third questions I just glanced down to my feet and I heard someone start to shuffle. Or people, shuffle around as to make room for someone.

I looked up to see my old friend. "Damien. Long time no see."

"Likewise, sister"

Hey guys chapta 8, this isn't going to be as long as the first one. Mabey like 15 chapters but Idk. What I do for you is almost finished then comes something very exciting, I think. A soulmate featuring Karamel from Supergirl, Jelsa (Jack frost and Elsa) and very obviously Adrienette. I'm still thinking about possible plot lines and considering if I even should. This is a really short chapter but o well. Am I right if I say y'all like short chapters in great multitude? Please comment and stuff to tell me so I can adjust further chapters. Thanks also lmk if the jka (jelsa, karamel, Adrienette) fanfic is a good idea.
