Naomi

I was sitting on the egde of the bed listening to Lucas talk to his brother on the phone. Lucas was telling him how he wasn't going to go to the funeral. Although I tried my best to convince him to go, he wouldn't budge. So I just left him alone about it.

"Yah call me later and let me know how it goes..Aight love you to bruh" he said and hung up the phone.

"What he say?" I asked looking at him.

"That he's getting ready now to the funeral and everybody is asking about me" he shrugged.

"You'll get through this baby" I said crawling over to and wrapped my arms around his shoulder."I got you" I kissed his cheek.

"You got me?"

"Like fo' flats on'a Cadillac" he looked over at me and gave me a stale face and we bust out laughing together.

"You lame as hell"

"You love my lame ass though" I said and straddled him.

"That I do" he said kissing me. I smiled.

"You off today?" He asked.

"Yah. I took today off to be here with you"

"Baby you-"

"Shut up Lucas. I took today off and that's that" he gave me this sly smirk and flipped us over to where he was on top.

"Oh my god Luc!" I laughed as he tickled me.

"Who you talking to like that?"

"You nigga!" I said and he tickled me some more.

"Who?"

"N-nobody" I laughed trying to catch my breath.

"That's what I thought"

We layed there for a few minutes and stared at one another. Like we was trying to read each other.

"Promise me if we don't work out that you'll always be here for me and continue to be my friend" I said looking into his eyes. His face scrunched up.

"Naomi we was bestfriends before anything"

"I know I'm just-"

"Thinking to much" he said moving my hair out my face. I smiled and puckered my lips and kissed me multiple times.

"Come on let's get out this bed" he said lifting me up.

"Only if you make me breakfast" I cheesed.

"Ok whoever makes it to the kitchen last cook's?" I looked at him for a minute and smirked evilly.

"Ok just give me one your sweaters out the dresser over there" I said. He nodded and got up. I got up after him and smiled.
