JUSTIN'S P.O.V.

After that long talk with Jason, it really got me thinking. Was I really ready to leave Courtney and just forget about everything we had. I loved her so much, but I think she lost all the love she had for me. Even though I'm a guy, and we aren't supposed to show our emotion, it still hurts. Knowing that she is suffering and I can't help her because I'm reason for it all.

I got out of bed and walked downstairs to grab something to eat before I headed out for school. I ate a bowl of Lucky Charms and went back upstairs and threw on some jeans with a sweatshirt and my favorite Supras. I brushed my hair out and brushed my teeth and headed to school. I sped up to school in my Range Rover and walked into school. Courtney was standing at the entrance with Camryn. I looked at her for a good 3 minutes until Ryan came up and broke me from my stare.

"What's up man?" he asked as he greeted me with our handshake.

"Nothing, what's going on with you?" I asked in return.

"Just chilling, saw you checking out Courtney bro." Ryan teased.

"Shut up, I was just looking for you." I lied.

"Whatever man, I'll see you later." He said as the bell rang. I started walking back towards the school and went to my first hour.

The day seemed like it went on for ages until finally the bell rang and we got to leave this hell hole. I went to my car where Courtney was propped against it.

As soon as I saw her there, I stopped dead in my tracks.

"Justin, can we talk?" she asked as she walked closer towards me.

"U-u-uhm, sure." I muttered out.

COURTNEY'S P.O.V.

I saw Justin come into my view as I walked towards him.

"Justin, can we talk?" I asked him.

"U-u-uhm, sure." He said, I could tell he was nervous.

"I just need to tell you some things." I told him.

"Yeah, I understand. Wanna come back to my place?" He asked.

"Sure." I went to the other side of the car and got in. He drove off towards his house. We got there in about 7 minutes and went in.

"Want something to drink?" Justin asked as he opened his fridge.

"Yeah, I'll just have a coke." I told him.

"Sure thing babe." He said back.

Did he just call me babe? Has he forgotten that we aren't together anymore?

"Thanks." I said shyly.

He came back over into the living room area and sat down beside me on the couch.

"So, what's up?" he asked as he handed me my coke.

"Well, I think I overreacted a little bit at the party." I admitted.

"You didn't. I told you I had stopped those things and I hadn't. I'm sorry for that." He said. I could see the hurt in his eyes and that's what killed me.

"I know. You're human and people make mistakes." I told him.

"There is a difference between a mistake and knowingly doing something. I'm sorry." Justin said.

"What you did was wrong, but with time, I think we'll be alright." I said as I looked him in the eyes.

He inched towards me and cupped my face in his hands. I could feel his breath hitting my lips, sending chills down my spine. I closed my eyes and he placed his lips on mine. Our lips moved in sync as my hand tracked to his face, running my fingers across his jawline. His tongue grazed my bottom, wanting in. I parted my lips slightly, just enough for his tongue to enter. After a good 3 minutes of that, we pulled away.

"I miss you." He told me.

"I miss you too. I've had so much going on and i just need to get away." I told him.

"Well how about we go grab some ice cream and finish our conversation?" He asked me.

"That sounds perfect." I replied.

We got off the couch and walked back to his car. He sped off into the street as he usually did.

"Isn't Coldstone that way?" I pointed to the right as he made a left turn.

"I know a different way." He said. He was gritting his teeth, acting as if he was nervous. I didn't even realize what was going on until we ended up in the alley. The same one I saw Justin talking to Jason in. And Jason was there again.

Justin got out and came to my side. He opened the door.

"What's going on Justin?" I asked.

He yanked me out of the car as I struggled to fight back. He tied my hands behind my back and shoved me in the back of Jason's car. As he whispered in my ear, "You said you needed a getaway, right?"
