Screams came from the party room that Shaun was in. Rachel's skills came to good use. Freddy was fooled. But the animatronic just won't leave.

I hope Shaun us ok.... She thought, and I hope you leave sometime, Freddy....

The tile floor was cold against the side of her face.
The animatronic kept shaking her. Did he really think she was dead? He only squeezed her lightly, but apparently he didn't know his strength.

It might've seemed light to him, but hard for others... Rachel thought.

She couldn't trust him or anything he says. He could say these things just to lure her into his mouth.
She had to try not to make a single movement and hold her breath. She won second place in school for holding her breath the longest.
She had to get away, she had to, she had to get to Shaun. He was her only way of getting out of here. But will Freddy just leave her alone?! Why was he still beside her, he already thought she was dead. Was he thinking of something to do with her? Eat her?
Then she realized. What if Mary and her friends were right? Was Freddy going to rip her insides out and stuff her in one of those robotic suits? She can feel goosebumps starting to form at the thought. Mary couldn't be right. She didn't do anything to the bear so he wouldn't do anything to her right? Oh who was Rachel kidding? She was going to die, that's for sure. But she wasn't ready to die.

I have to think of something... I have to, She thought.
Rachel managed to open her left eye that Freddy couldn't see. Freddy was staring her down with guilt in his eyes. He began rubbing her shoulder and her arm. He had the most gentle touch. Why was he doing this? Was the animatronic looking to see how much meat and muscle she had? Rachel couldn't stand the thought. Then she heard the bear sigh as he stopped rubbing her "dead" arm.
Rachel peeked and saw the bear looking at something. Was there an object behind her?
Then she realized.

The flashlight, the tablet... She thought.
She dropped them when she was collapsing onto the floor. Freddy was reaching over her to get them. His brown fur touching her skin. Then Rachel realized that she has another problem.

If he gets them, I won't be able to see if Shaun is ok... Rachel thought. His only defense was fighting an animatronic  that weighs more than him, and can have more strength than a person. Nevertheless, these animatronics have a jaw strength that can crush bones. But she couldn't do anything to help Shaun. She had to keep playing dead or she'll be live dinner for Freddy. Rachel obviously didn't want to be eaten alive.
Freddy got off of her, recoiling back with something in his hand.
The tablet.

No... I needed that, she thought. That was her only chance of seeing Shaun. Well, that screwed up!
The bear stared anxiously at the tablet as he tapped on the screen.

"Please don't be mad at me, Puppet." Freddy muttered. "Cause I'm now the new guard."

Rachel could hear the jingle of the music box coming from the tablet. The animatronic was winding the music box. But why? He didn't want Puppet to get her first?
Her muscles tensed. She had the chance to run with the bear not looking. But winding the music box can take only seconds. He'll be finished in no time.
Without further hesitation, Rachel got to her feet grabbing the flashlight and bolted away. She could finally breathe. She took in deep breaths as she ran. She felt lightheaded but she still ran.

"Wait!!!" Freddy yelled. But the girl wouldn't stop running. In seconds the girl disappeared down the West hall.
The bear chuckled. He was fooled. He knew he was tricked by kids before, but this girl was very clever.

"Always so gullible." He sighed. He stood up and started following her to the party room. He had a pretty good idea where she'll go next.
