Chapter 2-Meeting my enemy

katniss pov

Im walking up to the office to collect my schedule and locker number . I earn lots of stares and whispers about "the new girl" great. ( note the sarcasm ) eventualy i am at the office greated by a very bubbily lady known as Effie Trinklet who looks like a clown. Her accent is really posh and her clothes are incredibly weird i try hard not to laugh. "Katniss everden?" she asks

"yes thats me" i say with a silent laugh

"here is your schedule and locker combination have fun "

I run out containing my laughter when i smack right into someone,

"watch it , u blind?" he Snarls at me

He has ocean blue eyes and ashy blond hair he was HOT!

" sorry and im not blind!" i snap at his face trying to figure out where i got the corage from

I scowl at him and consider him as my enemy of all time

" im peeta by the way see ya around " he leaves with a glare and i give him one back

"katniss" is all i say before he smiles and walks off

He is just weird but cute to ugh im not falling for him! I hope not anyway.

Walking to my next class was a breeze i found it stright away and guess who was next to the only empty seat! peeta mellark

Class hottie and my enemy!

He gives me a scowl before im introduced and sat down

I give him one back but who could dare

He suddenly gives me a hug and says"heyyy partner" i shrug out of his grip and one boy with bronze hair and sea green eyes says " peeta stop ull scare her!"

" fine finnick" i smile at Finnick and he goves me a nod one of the girls next to him asled me if i would like to sit with them at lunch! I agreed obcorse and i was face to face with peeta who gives me a quick smile before realising and turning it into a scowl hmmm om gonna have to figure this boy out!
