Um...Excuse me. Don't worry. I won't take up much of your time. You know who I am. I'm the author. No duh. I'm excited to get this show on the road. So, I have a few little procedures for you to follow while you're here.
1) Don't get mad if you see a bit of gore. Stuff happens. Get over it.
2) Because the characters here are somewhat mature, this book has some very mature themes. Continue at your own risk if you are sensitive to:
Death/Grief
Sex (nothing too inappropriate)
Alcohol
Swearing
Homosexuality (nothing too inappropriate)
Torture (non-graphic), and
Imprisonment.
3) Don't trash the island when you get there. It's a peaceful, natural place, not to be disturbed by your grubby little fingers. (Comments and such are behind the 4th wall, so that's actually encouraged.)
4) This is (probably) the only island in the sky. Any attempts to copy it are considered acts of terrorism/plagiarism and will not be tolerated.
