The Cold Never Bothered Me Anyway

I nearly skipped into my favorite class. I am always happy to get out of Mr. Lestrange's talks about how horrible wars are and how death is apart of life and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. To be honest, we all call him goth owl, because his eyes are always staring forward at everyone while he talks about death. I shuddered at his specific mention on how my life has been based off of people dying. I mean, seriously, do my parents look dead? My favorite class so far has been my second history class, or as we call it fun history, which mostly talks about the ancients. We mostly talk about their technology and their culture. I thought it was very interesting to learn about how the different lands were once individual countries with their own rules, not one "united" place. Today, we were watching an old movie that was a big hit with the younger and older population.

It was basically an animated musical that was about two sisters. One was a type of sorceress that had snow powers and the other was the awkward, loud sister. I really liked it and thought that it was really sad in the beginning. It was a sad, yet joyful movie and I really liked it. Afterwards, we had to answer questions about the movie.

"Try your best." said our teacher, Ms. Jameson.

1. What is one of the protagonists and antagonists?

Easy.

Dale POV

I followed an excited Prim, as we went into fun history. I really don't realize why she likes it so much, but I thought it was interesting enough. We were watching this old movie that was actually really good. I loved the talking snowman, no matter how silly it sounds. I looked over at Prim and watched her watch the movie. Her eyes were gleaming with interest and fascination. I loved that look on her face. It took a lot for her to smile these days. I think it took a lot for all of us to smile. I thought back to Amy and how much she would of loved this movie. Will. I corrected myself. We will find her soon enough. She wasn't dead, I hope.

Ms. Jameson handed us a quiz afterwards. It was easy, except for one question.

10. Why do you think I showed this movie?

I nibbled at the end of my pencil. I finished up my answer just as the bell rang, and I turned my test in. Prim was waiting for me as I stepped out of the classroom.

"What do you want to do?" I asked her.

It was a Friday, so we didn't exactly have to do our homework yet, so these days were fun days.

"Hmm, why don't we go to the reef?" she suggested.

The reef was a place that I discovered, when I was looking for Haymitch at our first week here. It was hidden in a door, in the back of a storage closet. It looked as if it was supposed to be a marine biology unit, but it was never finished. It is a room that is roughly the size of a football field, with a glass floor. There is a big section of the glass floor that is missing, and is a way out to open water. There is a switch on the side that lets you open or close it off. I ran over and brought Prim there, and it has been our regular hideout. The only other person that knows about it is Rye, and she rarely comes because she doesn't know how to swim.

Since then, we have put in multiple chairs and couches. We have even constructed a changing room and a swim suit rack so we could come here and swim. I have even managed to smuggle in a broken TV, which I fixed at an instant. There was just a broken wire, all it needed was a little duct tape and it was all set. Prim took her school bag over to the couch and sat down. I plopped down right next to her.

"So." I said

"Sooooo" said Prim

"What do you wanna do?"
