Hey y'all! I hope you guys had a nice Valentine's day!
I actually really hate Valentine's day, it reminds me of how incredibly lonely I am. It's like a day to rub loneliness in my face.

But anyway, I just put this chapter together as sort of a late (very VERY late) Valentine's gift for y'all so I hope you enjoy it

Alexander's POV

I set my lips in a thin line as Daphne stared intesenly at me, like she was trying to intimidate me.

"I'm gonna ask you a question and you're gonna be completely honest with me, clear?"

I nodded "crystal"

She placed a hand on her hip, tilting her head slightly to the side, she nodded at my girl "what does she mean to you?"

I didn't even need to think of the answer "she's my whole world. She means everything to me"

She narrowed her eyes at me, like she found it hard to believe me "and why's that?"

The next set of words that came out of my mouth came as a shock to Daphne but not to me.

"Because I'm in love with her"

Her eyes went wide and her lips parted in surprise "y-you-"

"Look Daphne, you can decide whether or not you want to believe or trust me but the fact still remains that, that woman over there, I'm in love with her. I know it's only been a few months so it's quite hard to believe, but I know, I just know that I do".

She quickly recovered and a faint smile twitched her lips "does she know yet?"

I shook my head, a nervous laugh escaping my lips "no. But I was planning to tell her today, after we were done with you guys"

This time, her face broke into a full on Cheshire smile and she clapped her hands in glee "well, what are you waiting for?! Go! Now!"

Feeling quite rushed and unprepared, I walked over to where she was sitting, talking with Chase.
