"What the hell, Malfoy?!" She demanded.
Draco stared at her with an icy gaze.
"You bumped into me, Granger," he sneered.
Severus loomed over the Slytherin boy as he met his eyes, filled with hatred.
Draco shrugged it off and turned on his heel.
"You tell me if that little shit does anything to you. I will kill him," said Severus in a dark voice that made the hairs on her neck stand up.
"You will not," she said as she turned to face him again," leave him. I'm sure he learnt his lesson last time."
Severus stared down the hallway as Draco disappeared around a corner. His blood boiled in anticipation. He wanted to get hold of that boy again. He wanted to beat him senseless. He wanted---
"Sev?" Hermione's voice broke him away from his thoughts.
"Fine. I won't touch him," Severus said," but if he hurts you..."
"Do you really think he'll try? I mean seriously. Hasn't he learnt anything?" Hermione scoffed.
"We'll see, my love. We'll see," said Severus.

Hermione sat in the Great Hall when she felt uncomfortable. Someone was watching her.
She turned to see Malfoy staring at her from across the Hall. She shuddered in disgust as she turned her back on him.
"Are you okay?" Asked Ginny.
"Yeah it's just Malfoy," said Hermione as she felt his eyes on her,"he bumped into me outside of Potions and now he's staring at me."
"Weird," said Ginny as she looked over to the Slytherin table,"Oh. I wanted to ask..."
"About?" Asked Hermione as she reached for Jell-o.
"Well your stuff...It was moved out of the dorm..." said Ginny not sure how to continue.
"Yeah they're moving me where I can be monitored," said Hermione sounding bored.
"I see. Why?" Asked Ginny curiously.
"McGonagall is worried about me. And she's scared the girls start figuring out...you know," said Hermione with a shrug.
"Oh. Well it makes sense I guess," said Ginny as she took a deep breath.
"Yeah. So I won't be sleeping in my dorm anymore," said Hermione.
"Yeah I know," said Ginny," and so does everyone else."
"What?" Hermione asked, horrified.
"Sorry," said Ginny," but Lavender Brown saw and...well you know how she is."
"Did they say where the things were taken?" Asked Hermione now furious.
"Something about McGonagall," said Ginny.
"Oh," said Hermione calmly,"she did mention I would be sleeping there."
"Well at least you're not far," said Ginny.
"True but I can't exactly let you in," said Hermione quickly.
"Relax," said Ginny with a smile," I know I can't visit there."
Hermione blew a long breath out. She was so tired. And irritated. So many other emotions rushed through her. Too many at once to know which ones were there and which ones weren't.
Hermione stood, wanting to take a walk before her next class.
"I'll see you around," she said to Ginny," I'm going for a walk. If you see Harry and Ron please tell them I say hi."
"Okay and they're at Quiditch practice so they'll only be around at supper," said Ginny.
Hermione nodded as she walked.
Good, she thought. At least she wouldn't have to run into them in class.
Oomf!
Hermione looked up. She groaned. Draco stood in her path. Again.
"What do you want, Malfoy?" She asked in an irritated tone.
"I could ask the same, Granger," said Draco.
"What are you on about?" Hermione asked.
"I heard your things were removed from your dorm," said Draco with an amused tone.
"Yeah so?" Asked Hermione as she started feeling irritated.
"Well everyone's curious," said Draco.
"About what?" Asked Hermione.
"Come on, Granger. Word is your head's not right. That's why they're moving you. So that you don't hurt the others," said Draco.
Hermione stared at him furiously.
"Shove off, Malfoy," she said as she tried to pass him.
"I didn't say I'm done with you. I want an answer," said Draco menacingly.
"Well I'm done with you," said Hermione as she tried to pass again.
Draco grabbed her arm, digging his fingers in. Hermione winced. She dared not cry out. He would just get off on seeing he hurt her.
"I'd let go of my arm if I were you, Malfoy," she said through her teeth.
"Why? Snape isn't here to save you. Maybe I'll beat you and send you to him in pieces," said Draco a bit too excitedly.
Hermione reeled at his words. He was mental! When did Draco Malfoy get so sick in the head? She stared at him.
"Well seeing how you're not answering," he said as he dug his fingers deeper into her arm," I guess I'll have to teach you about respect."
Hermione squeezed her eyes as tears threatened to surface.
"Come, Granger," said Malfoy as he dragged her," Let's see how well you do when you're dangling in the air."
"Malfoy, you can't!" She hissed.
"Why not? I don't see Snape anywhere. What's with the two of you anyway?" He asked with a sneer as he dragged her unwillingly up the stairs.
"Nothing, now let go of me," she demanded.
"No, Granger. You're not getting off that easy," he sneered as they reached the second floor.
Hermione struggled against his grip, which only dug his fingers deeper. She felt her arm warming up as his nails tore the skin.
"Come on Granger. Like you said, there's nothing between the two of you, so he won't care," said Draco in a rough voice.
Hermione tried desperately to break free. Draco turned and slapped her through the face.
"You're just making it worse on yourself, Granger" he said as he tugged her further along.
Her cheek stung. Tears sprang from her eyes and rolled silently down her cheeks. What was he going to do to her? She had to stop him...
But how? She didn't have her wand. He had a pretty firm grip on her too. Her arm had started bleeding where he had dug his fingers in.
He turned to face her.
"I'll be nice to you. I won't dangle you from the fourth floor like Snape did to me," he said with a smirk,"I'll only do it from the second."
Fear filled her as he dragged her toward the wall.
She tried one last time to get free. Draco just pulled harder, making more blood flow.
"Come one," he said gruffly," I'm doing you a favor."
"Malfoy, please," she begged as they reached the wall.
"Begging won't work on me, Granger," he said as he readied himself to lift her.
