"MALFOY!"
Draco turned to see a very angry Potions master advance on him.
He scrambled to the other side of the desk he had just been sitting at.
Snape looked at him as if he wanted to kill him.
"I didn't do it. Whatever they told you, it wasn't me!" Draco yelled as he realised he didn't have his wand.
"Is that so?" Asked Snape as he snarled.
"Yes," said Draco matter-of-factly as he straightened.
"Pray, tell me why I need to drag you to the headmaster's office then?" Snape barked at him.
"How the devil would I know?" Asked Draco with an innocent face.
"That innocent face shit won't work on me, fool. Come," said Snape as he reached for the boy.
Draco turned in fear, trying to make a break for it.
Snape grabbed the back of his collar and lifted him clean over the desk.
Draco yelled as he kicked desperately.
"If you do not stop, I will make you," said Snape with a grunt.
Draco thrashed even more, trying to free himself from the iron grip.
"Put me down, greasy bat!" He yelled as they passed students.
"Do we have to go through that again, Malfoy?" Asked Snape amusingly.
"What are you on about, you idiot?" Draco asked.
"Well you want me to put you down. Did you forget that quickly what last time was like?" Snape smirked.
Draco stilled as his eyes filled with fear. He thrashed again as he tried to free himself.
"Mr Malfoy, must you make it so difficult? I am not the young man I once was. My fingers tend to slip," Snape said with a dangerously dark voice.
"If it's so difficult then put me down!" Draco yelled, desperate to have his feet back on solid ground.
"Oh, no boy," he said with a sneer,"this is much more fun."
Draco looked at him in horror. He shook his head vigorously.
"Don't. You wouldn't dare," he said, sounding as convincing as possible.
Snape smirked as they neared the office. He put the boy down, keeping a hold on his collar.
He muttered the password so as not to inform the boy of its nature. Dumbledore didn't trust him. Therefore, neither did Snape.
They entered the office. Draco looked at the Headmaster pleadingly as they neared him.
"Ah, Mister Malfoy," said Dumbledore as he saw them.
"What is the meaning of this, old man?" Draco asked with a snippy tone.
"All will be explained, Draco. Please, sit," said Dumbledore calmly.
Draco shook his head, only for Snape to charm him into the chair.
He shot the Potions master a look of hatred.
Snape stuck his tongue out and quickly retrieved it as the headmaster turned to face them.
"Don't mock me, Snape," Draco spat as he tried to get up.
"No worries, Draco," said Dumbledore as he walked to the boy,"you're not going anywhere until you've answered our questions."
Draco sat still. He looked at the old wizard with a blank expression on his face.
"What questions?" He asked.
Snape smiled. He fucking smiled! Draco was suddenly frightened of the way things were looking.
"Why, questions about Miss Granger of course," said Snape as he moved closer to the boy.
Draco watched as he prowled around like a cat. Strange, McGonagall was the catty one. He guessed that Snape was just in a good mood. He swallowed loudly. That couldn't be good for him...
"What about her?" He spat as he looked at Dumbledore.
"Well, Draco,"said Dumbledore as he took a vial out of his robes,"we have reason to believe you want to harm her."
"What? After what this fool did to me?!" Draco asked in disbelief.
"Well," said Snape,"not you directly."
Draco frowned in confusion.
"What are you going on about?" Draco demanded as he felt a sweat break loose.
"How about your lovely aunt?" Dumbledore asked calmly as he played with the vial.
"Aunt? How would I know? I don't even know which aunt you are talking about!" Draco yelled.
Snape moved forward. He slammed his hands on the desk in front of Draco. He looked up with wild eyes.
"Bellatrix LeStrange," said Dumbledore as he stopped in front of the boy.
Draco felt his face fill with fear.
"She's in Azkaban!" He argued,"I haven't seen her since they took her away!"
"No? See, someone heard you in the Room of Requirement last night," said Dumbledore as he nodded at Snape.
"I--er--they're mistaken," said Draco as Snape stopped at his side.
Snape tilted his head back and blocked his nose, forcing his mouth open. Draco struggled under his grip.
He felt a liquid enter his mouth. It ran down his throat as the professors stepped away.
He looked at them with hatred.
"What did you just give me?" He demanded as he struggled to get comfortable.
Snape looked bored as he answered.
"Mister Malfoy, have you ever heard of Veritaserum?"
Draco reeled at the words. He knew it. He couldn't let them know that...
"Yes," he said. Shit! They've given me a dose!
"Do you know what it is used for?" Asked Snape amusingly.
"Yes," Draco answered again.
"Good," Snape said, now excited,"Let's begin."
He sat in front of Draco and looked him in the eyes.
"Did you contact your aunt, Bellatrix LeStrange?" Snape asked.
"Yes," Draco answered.
"Why?" Snape asked as he felt his blood boil.
"To inform her that Granger was seeing you. That you were happy. That she is pregnant with your offspring," Draco said almost trance like.
Snape's face twisted into pure rage. He stilled himself as he knew he had to find out what Draco had told about.
"Does she mean to hurt Miss Granger in order to hurt me?" Snape asked as relaxed as possible.
"No. She intends to kill her in order to hurt you," Draco answered.
"When?" Snape snarled as he felt himself losing control.
"In a month at most. Maybe next week. Maybe tonight. I am not sure," said Draco.
Snape punched him after his answer. The boy's head hung limply.
Dumbledore rushed forward.
"He's alive," Snape snarled as he left the office in search of Hermione.
He had to find her. He had to keep her safe. Her and Bree both.
