Chapter 24 : Hermione

Do you know that horrible feeling you have when you don't figure out something you know you should? Well that's exactly what I used to feel during two months. I was frustrated. I mean, I always figure everything out, so why not that? Well let me tell you, didn't feel that way anymore.

Something had clicked. Their Patronuses. The look on Perrin's face. The light. The fact that they can't be apart. Everything.

I had to check. Because, if they were..connected.. then why just now?

"Oh." Said Ron, suddenly stopping just in front of me.

"What again Ronald?"

"I forgot my History of magic book." He said.

"I'll go find it with you." I said, not giving him the choice.

I grabbed his arm and led him to the Gryffindor tower.

"Er... okay Mione." He finally said as we reached the 7th Floor.

"Ron. Go find your book." I ordered.

"But you said you would go with me!"

"Honestly Ronald!" I half laughed.

"Okay Mione... but then what are you doing here?"

"I just need to find a book.."

I hurried to the library and looked for a certain book I had read long ago.

I entered the Restricted Section with no paper.
It actually felt good now, breaking rules here. I had missed it. I must have gotten used to it, with all these years breaking the rules with my two idiots.

I sighed in relief when I found it. "Ancient Magic and Humanity" .

I got out of here quickly and opened the book on my way to class.

I turned the pages and turned them again, until I stopped. I read fast.

The bonds remain really rare....only 8 cases in the whole history...deep love and need....someone who's bond is missing would propably die within a month or two. Bonds in creation though, are likely to be dangerous. Couples that are in a bond creation mustn't be apart for more than 19 days.

Okay... so Harry and Ginny must be at the stage of creation...but that's a bit late..isn't it?

Dark magic cannot destroy a bond, but it can sometimes hides it.

I sighed. I couldn't tell them. They would freak out. Besides... how could I tell them. No one knows what a bond is anyway. I'll just..protect them.

"Sir. "

"What?" Asked the tall blond figure that stood in front of the fireplace.

"The bond. Potter and Weasley. "

"What about it?" The blond man yelled, suddenly very interested in what the other was about to say.

"It's growing back."

"How do you know?"

"I heard it."

"From?"

"Hernest."

"Who?"

"Muggle studies teacher at Hogwarts. All the school is currently talking about them. Some glowing thing happened in their DADA lesson."

"It can't be. That's not possible."

"I'm just telling what I heard."

"But..."

He stopped.

"I know. If erasing her memories doesn't stop it, then something else must. "

"What? May I ask?"

"Kill her." Lucius said calmly.

Okay so short chapter but another one will come soon and I needed that one because Hermione had to understand....Because she is Hermione.
