We had let the douche bag and his sank sweat for a night then we'd let them go early that next morning in the Sunroof park quad. I was determined to go see Zoey and tell her the good news. So after we dumped the two Idiots at the hang out we left for the hospital.
"Damn Zana, remind me not to get on your bad side!" Joel says with his eyes on the road.
I smiled briefly and went back to serious mode. I had another problem to think about and couldn't start celebrating right this minute. That detective that was their, he didn't look like the kind to give up that easily. He didn't look like the other useless, lazy, corrupt cops on the force. That is a major problem. I had to make sure that he didn't find out who hurt Zoey on his own, I have to maintain my leverage.
"Guys, we have one more problem that we have to deal with," I say crossing my legs turning myself to look out of the window.
"And what might that be?" Zada asks picking her nails.
"The detective on Zoey's case," I say sighing.
"Yeah, his hot as hell, but you can't have him, we all seventeen," Zada sighed dreamily.
My eyes widened at Zada's statement, flailing my arms showing extreme rejection and disgust at Zada's statement, I retorted quickly.
"No! He's smart, he can easily figure out the dynamic of the situation, but we can't let him."
"I agree with Zana, we have to make a plan, to behave clueless if and when he comes to ask us questions."
I nodded in Joel's direction. I liked his idea, that way he could come to conclusions if we didn't tell him anything. And the information I'd collected from those two assholes where vital to my plan of revenge and forever having the upper and over them. . . . . . . . . . .

We pulled up in the hostpital, excitement and anticipation hanging on our breaths, well, along with alcohol, but we all were hoping that we'd great our friend feeling better.
I was the first through the door that led to her room, and the first thing I was was her smiling but bandaged face, I ran to her and embraced her carefully but tightly. I missed her, and now I fell complete now that she was okay.
I felt the weight of other people around me, Zada and Joel had joined in for group hug, most likely cutting of Zoey's airflow., but she didn't seem to mind I could hear her sigh with joy at our embrace. She smeemed significantly relaxed now that we were here.
"Shouldn't you guys be at school?" she chocked out happily.
"Fuck that, we missed you!" Joel says finally letting go of us, he's staement earning laughter from all of us.
"Besides, we had some serious business to attend to," I say making my voice go low and serious.
Zoey looked me in the eye, her smile faded, and I had never seen it do that before, she must have been really worried.
"You didn't kill him did you?" she asks, her voice sounding more like a whisper of hope than a question.
The heart monitor beside her began to beep a bit faster, but why, she hated Jackson with her guts because of the things he did to me, why did she care if he died or not. I lifted my empty gaze to her's.
"I almost did. . . " I say slightly tilting my head to the side, I wasn't sure how to stay to tell her.
The monitor slowed down as I told her, well chocked out more or less the truth. I also found that strange, but I ignored it.
"But-but what did he say?" she asks swallowing slowly.
"Well they said-"
"They-" she breaths out concerned.
