Alex' pov
I was laying in bed next to my love, Maggie Sawyer. I still can't believe that she is with me. We've been an item for a year now, and I can't be happier. I got up and went downstairs to make some breakfast. I took my phone with me and I noticed that I had missed 5 calls from J'onn. I got dressed, left a note for Maggie, and rushed myself to the DEO.
At the DEO
"Sorry that I'm late, J'onn. Maggie slept over last night, and I didn't know what time it was."
"Apology accepted, but make sure this doesn't happen a second time, Alex. Now, let's cut to the case. There's an alien wandering around in the city, Supergirl has been looking for this creature for an hour, but she can't find the damn alien. You'll go help her and if you want, you can call Maggie for back-up."
"Alright, time for some action. I'll call her in a minute."
Maggie's pov
*dring*
"Hello, Maggie Sawyer speaking. Who is this?"
"Hey, Sawyer. It's me, Danvers. Get out of bed, put some clothes on and get your sexy butt over to the DEO. We've got to find an alien, are you in?"
"Of course, I'll be there in 10 minutes." I said with a huge smile on my face.
After the alien catch
"Good work, Alex. You were fantastic on the field, it's nice to have a partner like that." I said while giving her a kiss on the cheek.
"You were great too, babe. We are an excellent team."
"I've got to go to work now, but I'll see you at home?"
"Yes, what do you want for dinner tonight? Maybe some pizza." Alex asked.
"That's fine for me. I'll see you tonight." and I gave her a gentle kiss.
