One Step Back

(Y/n) woke to bright blue lighting the room around her. She stunk of crusty blood still but the pain in her stomach subsided.
I probably shouldn't think so much as to how I lost the need to use the bathroom.
Alphys and Umdyne were on the other side of the room, huddled over the gleaming blue object. With a burning throat and a migraine, she tried catching their attention. She didn't succeed.
This fucking sucks...I can't get their attention. I just hope that robot can't get in.
(Y/n) tries to get up. Nothing. She can feel nothing. No strength, nada.
Alphys turned around to reach for a scalpel and saw the girl on the bed awake.
"Oh (y/n)! You're awake!" A loud thud could be heard on the other side of the room after her name was called, the room clearly locked from anyone coming in. "How are you?"
(Y/n) shows no emotion. No sign of happiness or any pain. Just blank and staring at the door. Then she slowly looked toward the two monsters. She has never been close to Undyne but she has always been nice.
"Right, I'll give you w-water! You're probably r-really thirsty." Alphys got a glass near by and came towards (y/n), Undyne following close behind her.
(Y/n) tried raising her arm to reach the glass, only failing to bring it up from the bed.
" Oh d-dear, I'll h-help you. I tried t-taking care of you as m-much as possible. Even the cut on your face. But I didn't k-know if you were comfortable with me w-washing you, do you want M-Mettaton too?"
Before (y/n) could respond, Undyne grabbed the key and unlocked the lock. Mettaton banged open the door when it unlocked. He rushed to the girls side, lacing his fingers through hers. She couldn't take her hand back. She didn't even look at him. She looked over at Alphys, the scientist seeing the mistake she just did.
"S-sorry (y/n)" Alphys whisper into the girls ear. She tilted her head up, giving her water to revive her. Her skin already gleamed with water coursing through her. Mettaton couldn't help but feel sad.
She doesn't even want to look at me. I need her to know she is my everything.
Mettaton thought.
" T-thank y-you Alphys and U-Undyne" (y/n) spoke, a very hoarse and raspy voice. It burned for her to talk and she sounds so congested.
"Alphys please leave us to talk"
Mettaton said. (Y/n) whipped her head around to look dead in Mettaton's pink eyes. It absolutely took his breath away, feeling even more unwanted. But he was determined to make her love him. No matter what.
Alphys left the two, regretting that (y/n) didn't want to see him. She can't do much anyway. Not only is she drained of her strength but she is paralyzed. The crystals began to replace her body organs down in her legs and muscles with crystalline. Her power is too extreme for her to handle it's corrupting her own body. She'll eventually die sooner or later and Alphys knows that Mettaton knows. It's telling her that will be painful.
