Yoongi couldn't sleep, what had just happen kept playing in his mind.
How he cried, how Hoseok tried to comfort him, how he confessed, how Hoseok pulled away, how he looked, how he wanted to leave, how he left.
'Stop!'
It was on a loop that kept playing and he didn't want to think about it anymore, no matter how many times he tossed and turned or closed his eyes, He saw Hoseok's face when he confessed.
Not once over the past seven years did Yoongi see Hoseok react that way, but how could he blame him? Hoseok didn't know what was coming when he said he liked a man, didn't know that man was him.
Yoongi laid there wishing he could take it all back, his confession, his month of convincing himself he didn't like Hoseok, pleasuring himself while imagining Hoseok, that stupid interview that started this whole thing!
But he couldn't. The damage was done, that sunshine of a boy knew now how he felt towards him, and he didn't want anything to do with him.
"Seok-ah I'm sorry.." Yoongi whispered as a tear rolled down his cheek.
The night continued on like that for Yoongi, just laying there in agony. Then suddenly Seokjin's alarm went off indicating that it was time to wake up to a new day.
Yoongi wished this day wouldn't start, that Jin won't hear his alarm, that he could stay in bed all day, that he didn't have to face Hoseok. But he knew that wouldn't happen, that his career came first than his personal feeling's toward Hoseok.
He heard Jin shuffling around, trying to stop the alarm. And Yoongi pretended he was asleep, till Seokjin walked past him out the door.
'Breathe' Yoongi's breathing was unsteady 'Just breathe, you were friends with him before all this.' With that Yoongi sat up.
Maybe he could just say he wasn't feeling good and stay back? He was never sick and even if he was he would work hard, so they would let him if he asked.. But it would only make it harder to look at Hoseok if he decided to delay the inevitable.
So Yoongi got up and took it a step at a time and occasionally telling himself that he could get through the day if he just acknowledges Hoseok and act like everything's fine, like he didn't feel like collapsing at the thought of last night, like how they were nothing more than friends. He could do that for his band, for himself, for Hoseok.
When he entered the hallway he heard the others talking.
"Aish, Hyung why didn't you wake up Yoongi when you got up?"
"I didn't wanna deal with 'grumpy' this morning." They were talking about Yoongi, he knew. "Hoseokie why don't you wake him up? He actually does when you try."
Jin was right, in the past Hoseok would come in and playfully scream or flick the lights on and off. Yoongi would be pissed but it got the job done.
"He can wake up himself, he's old enough." Yoongi took a sharp inhale of breath. 'It's okay, he just doesn't wanna you wake up this morning, it's not because of last night.' He told himself.
He collected his thoughts, this house was his just as much as it was Hoseok's, they both should be able to walk freely. So he walked out of the hallway and into the kitchen and saw Jin, Jimin, and Hoseok. His heart was racing and he nerves were sending chills all over his body.
"Yoongi-ah we were about to send Hoseok to wake you up."
His eyes scanned towards Hoseok and he was getting up to wash his bowl,
