I went home alone since my mom left earlier. When I got home she wasn't there! I looked around. No one! I wonder where she could be? I went up to my room and just looked through my phone. On Instagram I posted about Madison and I saw a bunch of comments and other people reposting! I got posts from Amber, Taylor, Justin (Megan's crush from camp if you forgot), and Marcus & Martinus!! Some friend from my old school also posted and commented! Gabby, Sam, Anna, Alex (boy BFF), and Matthew!

Tears formed in my eyes and I started bawling into my pillow. Then I heard the front door open. Must be Mom! She probably wants to be alone right now so I'll go see her later. I FaceTimed Marcus & Martinus for about an hour.

I hung up and quietly walked downstairs. I went to the kitchen and saw Mom chugging a bottle of Hard Wine and Beer!! I glanced over at the counter and saw 3 empty bottles of it!! I stared at my mother in shock! My eyes were wide open and my chin started to drop! When she finished her 4th bottle she looked at me like she was about to explode!! "HOW DARE YOU WALK IN HERE WITHOUT KNOCKING! YOU'RE SO WORTHLESS!! COME OVER HERE NOW!!" She screamed and grabbed my arm pulling me closer to her. She undid her belt and kept hitting my arms with it until it was red and bleeding! I was frozen! I was scared out of my mind! I've never seen my mom like this ever!! When she finished she lifted up my shirt at the back and did the same thing there until it was red and bleeding! Every time she hit me I winced of pain! When she finished she told me to leave! I ran upstairs and texted Marcus, Martinus, Taylor and Amber! I have a group chat with them which makes everything so much easier!

I'm so terrified I'm shaking! I can't leave! I'm so cold and dizzy! I stayed on my room and cried until like 5pm then I heard a knock on the window! I looked up and saw Marcus standing on my rood in front of my window! I opened the window and let him in! He hugged me. "Megan I was so worried thank God you're ok!" I could hear him crying a bit! He hugged me so tight and wouldn't let go! It felt so good to be in his arms! I feel so safe! "I'm not ok! I'm so scared and lost a lot of blood!" I cried into his shoulder. I took a deep breath between every word! I was breathing so heavily and quickly! He let go of me and said "Show me!" And I rolled up my sleeves to show him the marks and scars. He gasped. "They're also on my back!" I sniffed. I turned around and he lifted up my shirt to look at my back. He pulled my shirt back down and hugged me again. "I'm so sorry that this happened to you! I'm here to take you to my house! You can stay as long as you need, until your mom isn't drinking anymore! She's not gonna abuse you again!" He said. I smiled. "Thank you!" I sobbed. I let go and quickly packed all my clothes into my bag! I grabbed it and he went out the window. He's standing on my roof with his hand out so that I could hold onto him while I step out. I almost fell and he caught me. I stared into his brown eyes. He had his arms around me and he was holding me close to him. We smiled at each other and I tried to get off the roof but it was so difficult! I've never done this kind of thing before so I have no idea what I'm doing! I never had to escape like this since I had no reason to! Mac jumped down and then helped me down. I got down safely but almost fell again and Mac laughed. We ran to his house and walked in. "Guys I got Megan!" He yelled. Taylor, Martinus, Emma and Amber all came running and hugged me. Kjell Erik and Gerd Anne were there too and they hugged me. Emma left to play since she's kinda young to hear about this. I explained what happened the same way I explained it to Mac. As I was explaining he was on one side holding me and squeezing my hand. Martinus was on the other side rubbing my back. Then everyone said that they were sorry and we had dinner. After dinner, Martinus wanted to play Fifa, so I went with him to the game room. He closed the door and sat down next to me. "Are you ok? After what happened?" He asked. I nodded. "I'm fine." I said quietly and looked at the floor. "No you're not!" He said. "I know you're not fine!" I looked up at him and talked about my scars that I got. "Can I see?" He asked. I showed him the scars on my back and then on my arms. When I rolled up my sleeves to show him he ran his fingers over the scars. "I'm so sorry!" He started crying. I hugged him. "It's not your fault you don't have to cry!" I whispered. He hugged me back tightly and I got that feeling again! The feeling from when he hugged me at the hospital! We let go and stared into each other's eyes for a couple minutes. Then I broke the silence and said "How about we play Fifa?" Martinus nodded and we played for a bit then Marcus cam win and joined us. At 11pm we all went to bed. Taylor went with Martinus into his room and Amber went into hers. Marcus grabbed my hand and pulled me into his room. We sat on the bed and he said "I'm gonna make sure that this never happens to you again!" He grabbed both my hands and squeezed them. Then he leaned in and kissed me. We kissed for about a minute and then he put on tv and we cuddled in his bed.
Marcus's POV In the middle of the night I woke up and Megan looked scared. She was holding onto me really tight. I guess she was having a nightmare. I pulled her closer and kissed her head. "You're never gonna get hurt like that again! I'll protect you!" I whispered. Then I went back to sleep.
