Mark's POV
The sun was shining brightly as I slowly opened my eyes. The storm was no more as there was nothing, but clear light blue skies.
I went to stretch himself, but I noticed something.
why couldn't i move?
I looked around with only my eyes, to notice something even stranger.
are those... tiny people?
"It looks like you're awake."
I slowly cradle my head upwards to see two of them, stand on my chest. One of them was standing behind the other, having a sense of cowardliness.
"You're going to be with us, and there is nothing you can do about it, beast."
is it ok to mentally freak out now?
Without any care around me, I begun to break the bounds that held me down.
Big fucking mistake...
Felix's POV
The sun was out and we were still sitting here, just watching him.
"Edward, we've been sitting here for hours. When-"
"Shhhhh, it's waking up."
The giant made the same groaning sound as it shifted in its sleep. The groan rumbled our bodies, as me and Edward quickly stood up. It's eyes slowly flattered open and looked at the sky.
I can feel the giant pull on the bounds, but quickly retract from the action. That made me suddenly feel a sense of worry as I hid behind Edward. Edward was unexpectedly calm about this as he stood as ground.
"It looks like you're awake."
edward... it don't think that's a good-
The giant cradled his head upwards at me and Edward. His big, brown almond eyes pierced through my being as I shivered.
"You're going to be with us, and there is nothing you can do about it, beast."
The giant's eyes widen at Edward's response and started to struggle free from the bounds. With a grunt, he managed to break one of his arm bounds.
That's when all hell broke loose.
Edward quickly jumped off his chest, while shouting at people to hold him down. Most people scrambled to get this giant down, while others ran as far as possible.
I stood still on his chest and just watched. I couldn't move, think, talk, pretty much did most of nothing. It was like I was out of time.
The giant broke another arm bound, and sat up. I tumbled down as I landed on one of the giant's legs. I looked up at the giant as he looked around, aware of what he caused. Then his eyes met mine.
He slowly grabbed me, and lifted me up to his face. I can feel his hands shaking as he held me, as if he has never held something so delicate, so alive before.
"IT HAS FELIX! GET IT!"
The giant flinch at that sentence, and quickly put me down on the ground below. The giant took his hands and ripped both leg bounds.
As the giant was trying to stand up, a couple of ropes clanged on his clothes, which many people grabbed and desperately pulled, leaving the people and the giant in a tug of war.
Something feels off about this giant. He isn't like those man-eating giants like in fairy tales. He seems more... friendly?
As if on que, the giant landed on the ground with shook everyone around.
"TIE IT UP QUICKLY!"
Everybody quickly rapped rope around the giant. Making sure it won't move again. I noticed that the giant made no move to struggle the ropes on him. It's like he willingly gave up.
but why?
"TIE ITS ARMS BEHIND ITS BACK!" Once again, everyone obeyed.
After the whole ordeal was over, the giant was fully tied. Though, he still sat up, his legs and arms were both tied tightly.
Edward steadily and hastily went on the giant's legs and look up at him. "Now listen here, beast. We will carry you to our kingdom with no trouble. Do you understand?"
The giant just looked blankly at Edward. Not daring to move. "Good. Now please cooperate."
