Secret Revealed

Everyone's eyes were bugged out of their heads they looked like they would brust at any given second.

"Your..?" Jenna asks.

"Pregnant?" Caroline continues.

"With?" Bonnie utters.

"Damon's?" Jeremy stutters.

"Baby?" Alaric finishes.

Elena nodded and rubbed her belly that, literally, popped up overnight. She continued staring at their faces but she couldn't tell if they were mad, happy, or sad. The silence was getting to intense for Elena to handle so she broke it.

"I'm fourteen weeks and my next appointment is in six weeks," Elena smiled a little. "I get to find out if it's a boy or a girl."

"Are you going to keep it?" Jenna asks.

"Yes. Damon and I are going to raise the baby to be as normal as possible," Elena shrugged. "But knowing that we live in Mystic Falls that is highly doubtful. We won't stop trying though."

Bonnie looked up. "So that means you cheated on Stefan."

Elena's smiled disappeared and she sighed. "Yes. I was drunk and one thing led to another then..." Elena just pointed to her stomach.

They all nodded still trying to comprehend what just happened. Caroline looked at Elena and spread a huge smile across her face.

"I'm going to be an aunt!" She squealed and ran gave Elena a big hug. "This baby is going to be so spoiled."

Slowly one by one a smile appeared on everyone's face. They all gave their congratulations and hugs. Bonnie was just as excited as Caroline.

"What does that make me?" Jenna asks.

Elena gave her a quizzical look. "Well, do you want to be Grandma Jenna or Auntie Jenna?"

Jenna shrugged. "I'm not your parents, Elena. I can't take their place."

Elena's eyes filled with tears. "You wont take their place. They will still be it's grandparents and they will know it, but you will be their grandma that is with them right now."

Jenna's brown eyes went glossy and tear ran down her cheeks. "Thank you," she whispered into Elena's ear as she hugged her.

Alaric smiled. "Just call me Grandpa Ric," Everyone looked at him. "You know since I am basically married to your Aunt."

Elena laughed. "Of course. Grandpa." Alaric smiled.

"Uncle Jeremy," Jeremy said putting a finger to his lips. "I like it."

They all talked about what they were going to do about getting everything ready for the baby for three hours. Elena had to excuse herself from all the planning so she could sleep. Being pregnant took a lot of energy out of her. When she closed the door of her bedroom behind her Damon came in the window making Elena jump.

"Don't scare me Damon," Elena said walking over to her bed and lying down.

Damon shot her his famous smirk. "I'm sorry bella rosa."

Elena blushed as he spoke to her in Italian. "What did you call me?"

Damon smiled and lied down next to her. "Beautiful rose."

"Where did you even learn Italian?" Elena asked snuggling up to Damon.

"I lived in Italy for a few years. Picked up the language," Damon said enclosing his arms around her.

Elena rested her head on his chest and they just lay their for awhile. Something kicked Elena in her stomach and she jumped.

She looked up at Damon. "Did you feel that?"

Damon looked at her. "Feel what?"

Elena put his hand where the kick happened and immediately another kick came. Damon looked at Elena in alarm.

"Is everything ok?" He looked like the world would come crashing down if there was something wrong.

Elena laughed. "That's normal. It means the baby is moving and letting us know it's here."

Damon let out a sigh of relief. "Thank God."

"You are turning into a softy," Elena teased.

Damon scoffed. "Never."

Elena kissed his lips. "You are and you know it."

Damon lied Elena on her back with him leaning over her. "Maybe I am. Maybe I'm not." He leaned down and kissed her hard. She returned it and she felt her heart beat goes faster and faster. The baby kicked making them stop.

"I think the baby wants us to get a room," Damon said kissing Elena again.

Elena laughed. "Hmmm," Elena kissed him earning herself another kick. "And it's pushy like it's Daddy."

They continued kissing and laughing with every kick the baby made.
