Recap:

As we step in, I whisper. "Where is mom and dad?"

"Um... don't turn around!" Nay says.

Despite what she said, I turn around to see my angry father and confused mother standing up.

"What the hell is this?!" My father shouts, while pointing at Weston.

Amelia's POV

"Dad! I can explain!" I exclaim.

"Oh you better damn right have an explanation for this thing to be in our house!"

"Dad! How dare you! He has a name!" I scold.

Weston raises his hand. "Um... hi sir. Long time no-"

"Yeah long time!" He interrupts.

My mother walks over. "Honey... you said you were bring your boyfriend home for the week. Why is Weston here?"

I sigh. "I can explain-"

"Get out!" My father yells.

My mother and I gasp. "Excuse me?" I say.

"I said GET OUT!" My father presses.

"No. I'm you're daughter and I deserve to explain," I state. "Now, come with me and lets talk outside... the both of you."

We then exit to the back of the porch. We all sit down and I start talking. I explain to them how we met up at Digi and you know... hit it off. They didn't approve. Then, I tell them how he came to me because of his divorce. Finally, I try to convince them that he's made my life better. Plus, telling them all the great memories that we've created. From us beginning to date to us raising a puppy.

My father and mother sigh, "I'm so sorry honey, I should of listening." My father confesses.

"Yeah, you should of!" I agree. "Weston was worried all day waiting for this moment, and it was really important to him. But you just shut him down."

"Jon, you shouldn't me apologizing to Amelia!" My mother scolds. "You need to apologize to Weston... he's family now. Go now."

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

"So... this is your old room?" Weston says, smirking.

I giggle. "Yeah.. a lot of memories have happened in here."

Weston walks around looking at all the photos. "Mya and Bella?" He says picking up a frame.

I smile at the picture. "Oh yes, sophomore year soccer champions. Those were the good old days, you know?"

"What do you mean by 'good old days'?"

"You know, when everything was simple. When all of this never existed."

"What didn't exist?" Weston questions.

"Well, me being popular... to be honest, I sometimes wish I could go back," I confess. "I could of lived a normal life and of seen my grandmother one last time. Just the little things... such as never clicking on that broadcast."

I start tearing up, just thinking about it. I guess I never realized that I've been bottling up theses feelings all along

"Oh, so you're saying that I'm a mistake?" Weston states.

"Weston... you know that's not what I mean!"

"And what broadcast did you click on?"

Shoot. He still doesn't know I was a fan. And I just revealed it. I can't lie, he knows when I'm lying...

Oh shit.
