taehyung got dressed & headed to the door. he stopped as he reached for the handle.

he's not going to hurt you. it'll be okay.

he took a deep breath & let out a harsh sigh. everything that kid is involved with & everything around him is pure trouble. he's gonna need a lot of positive thoughts or his anxiety is going to win today.

he took one last breath & quickly opened the door to make his way to the park.

he watched the stars as he briskly walked. he didn't wanna piss off this kid. who knows what else he's done that he hasn't told taehyung.

the stars always calmed him. something about the sky at night made him remember he's alive. he could have ended up with the same tragic fate as his family. the sky reminded him that he has a chance to live & shouldn't worry so hard, because in the end, we're all small beings in an endless universe.

as he looked to the ground he completely lost track of everything around him, so when a car comes speeding towards him, he had no time to avoid it. in fact he didn't even know what happened until a stranger had his arm wrapped around his waist, holding him back as wind passed through them. his heart was beating out of his chest, too scarred to look up.

"you know you really should be more careful." the familiar voice caused him to snap his head upwards to find his face inches away from jungkook.

jungkook looked majestic with the moonlight shining onto his face. the soft glow contrasting with his harsh gaze & raven colored hair.

"i thought you were suppose to be saving me but i seem to be doing a lot of the saving." he laughed gently for a boy so strong. he felt warm & strangely safe in his arms.

taehyung's eyes bounced back & forth as he was caught under the other's gaze.

he smiled at the other, their thoughts so clear together as if they said it out loud.

taehyung's face began heating up as he let himself go of jungkook's grip & turned towards the park.

let's go, shall we?

jungkook only smiled & followed behind. the other walked towards a large oak tree. leaves on & off the tree brought color to the dark night. taehyung stood infront of the tree & looked up through the trees at the stars.

isn't it beautiful?

jungkook couldn't help but stare at the boy. he may not be looking at the same thing, but he sure thought the same. taehyung's small smile faded as he turned to jungkook.

why are we here?

"i wanted to see you" he knew the other wouldnt talk outloud, but he felt more comfortable doing so.

really, what is it?

"i wanted to see you again, really see you." taehyung turned as jungkook was getting closer to him, eventually causing taehyung to back up into the tree, as jungkook stood inches away from him.

taehyung could see jungkook's face turning red. jungkook is extremely shy, but something about taehyung is making him act without thinking.
