he paced back & forth. so i'm associated with a gang member & somehow we can speak to each other via telepathy? he thought.
all of this was too fucking crazy.
who would believe me?
no one
cause i'm mute & can't tell anybody
it's not like i have any friends to tell
even if i did i couldn't tell them
because its too fucking crazy!he flopped down onto the matress in his tiny apartment. damn that woman.
just because a person can't speak doesn't mean you can take advantage of them.i swear only bad things happen to me.
he sighed as he grabbed his coat & exited his not-so-cozy apartment.
there's something about the autumn breeze that was refreshing.
ahh, shit.
something on your mind?
autumn is slowly dying, & so am i
tell me about it
they haven't let me out yet
it's morning yet i'm still stuck
papa must have really been mad
papa?
we're one big, messy fucking family
no matter how fucked up we may be, they're still my best friends.
but i thought they were hurting you?
it's all because of the death
they haven't been the same since
would you go back to the way things were?
...
i don't know
...
i just don't wanna get hurt anymore

he continued walking, cool breeze hitting his face. days like this usually calmed him. he loved fall & he loved watching the leaves dance around the streets. but today, he's not feeling so calm. how could he when so much has happened. his life was usually quiet, literally.
a bell above him chimed as he entered the familiar coffee shop. as soon as he approached the counter an elderly woman smiled brightly at him.
"the usual?" he nodded his head & paid.
he walked over to the seat he usually chose. he pulled out a small book from the pocket of his coat & began reading.
"hey. you." he looked up to see a brown haired man, dressed in a leather jacket, ripped jeans, & a plain white shirt with a choker.
he blinked several times at the man.
"yeah you. get the fuck out." he furrowed his brows & blinked again.
"can't you fucking speak? get the fuck up. we're sitting here." his loud voice caused heads to turn. a green haired man & a taller boy stood behind him.
he started mildly panicking. they must be delinquents. he really didn't want to deal with this, or anything that may come after. he's dealt with bullying, he knows far too well.
"hyung..." the quiet voice said, as if in protest of the outburst.
the boy moved beside him & everything froze. the mute boy stopped in his tracks. the boy was beautiful. he looked to be built yet so fragile. he turned to the boy who was frozen & he noticed he had cuts on his face.
the bruised boy stopped as well as the two heard white noise, like everything around them stopped & they were frozen in time. after a moment of silence, he blinked & loked away, his cheeks a tint of pink. it was so beautiful in contrast to the rough, purple spots along his temples.
"leave him alone. we can sit somewhere else." he moved the two men to a seat further away as he turned around to mouth "i'm sorry" the other nodded shyly.
moments later the boy came back.
"i'm so sorry for their rudeness. they get carried away sometimes.."
he smiled lightly & nodded.
"not much of a talker huh? can you at least tell me your name? mine is jungkook."
jungkook? the name sounds familiar he thought.
he looked around for something to write with. the least he could do was tell him his name. simple right?
suddenly the woman came back, holding a cup of coffee.
"taehyung! here's your coffee." he bowed.
jungkook turned back to him & smiled. "taehyung huh?" he muttered something in which the other still makes out
"cute."
