CHAPTER 1 : Crush

Rosey Scent Café, Apgujeong, Seoul

September 2026

Seulgi is now surrounded by a group of male idols (Taemin, Kai, Jooheon, Jaebum, Chanyeol, Jimin and Jungkook) in their thirties and one of them is her husband. She is now munching a Chocolate Mousse cake from a selection of all other cakes she ordered earlier. It's safe to say she is a fan of cakes.

"Kang Seulgi, I seldom see you in the company these days. Is your husband stopping you from coming to work?" One of her seniors in SM asks her while glancing at her husband beside her.

"No Oppa.. I was busy with my own schedule. It's not like you go there often too." She explains to the senior who is also like a close oppa to her as they trained together before debuting.

Everyone is engaged in a conversation among themselves talking about concert tours, personal relationship, work and stuffs when one of them stands up. "By the way guys, I need to go and find someone first. See you later!" He excuses himself.

"Babe, he is looking for your maknae. I know it!" Her husband excitedly informs her.

As he says that, someone exclaims loudly, "What? So you are saying we will have another couple from the same groups? Come on dude. As if you and Seulgi didn't give the company some hard time before your marriage." The rest of them just laugh at his over exaggeration and ignore him.

"Oh right.. How did you guys arrive together?" She asks them.

"We didn't. We met outside, Seulgi-ah." One of them who is also a good friend of hers replies.

"This gathering reminds me of that programme we all used to do.." Her husband says. "What was it again? That sports programme..."

"You mean ISAC?" One of the SM guys replies to him.

"Aha! Yes, hyung." He finally recalls.

"Well, now that you mentioned.. I also remember how you were all over our Seulgi at that time."

"Hey~ Hyung. That's in the past!" Her husband's cheeks reddened by the remarks.

"Oh my yes I remember that too!" Another one agrees. "Dude, you were so obvious. Everyone knew about your crush."

"Not you as well, hyung!"

"Everyone but you and Seulgi!" The say in unison.

Her husband shakes his head and gives up at their teasing. She just chuckles at him. "Honey.. I need to go to the ladies first." She tells him and stands up immediately.

"Oh do you want me to go with you?" He asks as he also stands with her. When she shakes her head he understands. "Okay. Be careful."

As she leaves them, one of them says in admiration "You are still all over her, dude." Earning the same admiration and agreements from the others.

"Anyway it looks like she gained weight right?"

"Yah.. Of course she will in her condition, you fool!" The eldest of them all answers. "And whose fault is that?" He smirks and raises his eyebrows.

January 2017

Jimin walked across the many idols to get to Chanyeol. He was smiling and flinging his arms happily.

"Oooi Park Jimin.. All good bro?"

Both of them walked together the same direction Jimin just came from.

"Great, hyung! Good luck for your match later."

"Aha.. yes. Thanks!"

Then Chanyeol whispered something to Jimin which made him shy.

On another side, a group of guys was sitting down watching the current match of archery.

Jooheon watched as the two boy groups members walked passed him. Or was he really watching them?

Meanwhile at the same time, two girls were standing nearby.

"Unnie, look at him. You know the rumor everyone is saying?"

The older girl look at the younger one. "That's not real. Come on, Park Sooyoung."

When it's clear she was almost blushing.

"But everyone noticed it, unnie. Look.. why would he acts that way?"

She looked at the said guy who was smiling happily.

Is it true.. what everyone was telling her?

September 2026

"Really dude, I used to have a crush on your wife.." One of them mentions just to annoy him.

"Well.. I remember that. You were exposed during a TV programme!" Seulgi's husband responds.

Then they heard a hand clap in excitement. "Oooh yes yes I remember that! Our Mr Husband here came to me after that being so insecure. I mean you were one step ahead of him. He haven't even confess yet!"

"Luckily, my wife wasn't interested." He snorts. "Sorry hyung. But look where you are now."

"You are right.. I mean it was just a little crush anyway and I am happy with the love of my life now."

"The love of your life? Who could that be huh?" Suddenly a female voice interrupts their conversation. "Hi everyone!" She greets them.

"Oh hi Dahyun. It's your fiancee here, he was reminiscing his little crush."

"Really Chanyeol Oppa, he did? Hmm.. Interesting topic... Jooheon-ssi." She looks at Jooheon judgingly.

The rest just laugh over what's happening before them.

"That's why you shouldn't mention about my wife, hyung. Don't worry Dahyun. We were just joking and you know he is head over heels in love with you. Right Jooheon hyung?"

"Thanks a bunch dude." Jooheon utters half-annoyed and half-thankful.

Dahyun chuckles. "I know oppa. I was just playing around. Anyway where is Seulgi unnie? I need to ask something about the wedding preparation. Tell her I'll text her later alright. I heard the happy news. Congrats! You take good care of her, okay?"

A/N: So do you get the hints? At this chapter, out of the 7 guys at least three of them are out. I know this is confusing because I still do not use names for the guys (even I am confused myself haha) but please bear with me. And yes as you can tell it will mostly take place in Rose's cafe and during it's launching day. I will do flashbacks once in a while.
