Han River, Seoul

April, 2018

They were sitting on one of the benches overlooking the Han River. It was one meeting that none one of them actually looked forward to. Yet, it was that one they needed to go through.

It was almost midnight and the temperature was probably around 10 degrees Celsius. Spring was around the corner as although it was almost dark except for the street lamps they still could see the trees about to start blooming.

They appreciated the silence of that night unlike their usual meet ups. Usually it was a race of who could break the awkward air but not at that moment. If they could freeze the time and stayed like that for a long time they would certainly do that just to enjoy each other's presence.

Seulgi tried to savor the remaining time but she knew she was being selfish. They have one important thing to do hence this meet up. So with a heavy sigh she initiated the talk.

"Remember-" She was only about to say something to ease the obvious tension between them but he cut her off.

"I like the weather tonight. It's calming." He slowly said buying some time which both knew they severely lacked. "I will always remember this feeling tonight."

She smiled looking ahead. They were both staring at the river. "Remember that one time when we watched the fireworks on New Year's Eve?" She asked him still looking at the empty space in front. "I like it. Although it was freezing but I still felt the warmth from the look on your face."

She could see from the corner of her eye he nodded as he too remembered it. "I will never forget that. I was worried to be honest."

She laughed. "I know. You mentioned about it a lot. You texted me a lot too when we got back to the dorm." She reminded him. "But to be honest I felt happy for your concern. I really was and I will not forget of that feeling." She assured him.

Soon it became a race of who could recall the moments shared between them more. The never-ending accounts of what they experienced together went on for what seemed like forever. In fact they were surprised themselves how they actually had that many moments between them. Well, guess it was true that if it was with the right person everything could be counted as 'the' moment.

Like that one time when they were sharing the opening stage for one music event and he lightly brushed her arm with his. They called that the impromptu moment because he said he could not stopped himself from getting near her.

Or when he patiently showed her the correct dance moves during rehearsal for their dance collaboration stage and surprisingly she mastered them just in time for the real one few hours afterward. She called that the sweet moment because what else would it be right?

Or when their groups were interviewed together and he couldn't stop himself from looking at her direction despite being warned by his team members. That was his naughty moment because it was not like they didn't see each other backstage away from the public's eyes. He just wanted to tease her and seeing that she was shy he succeeded, didn't he?
